Cradle cap, eczema in 8 month old

My grandbaby has developed cradle cap and has some eczema patches on his arm and back. He was nursed for 3 months, now fully on organic goat's milk and baby food. I told his mom today to stop the wheat products because he loves food and they are on a tight budget so have been giving him more choices from their table. He isn't colicky, but I think this is still digestive. He also is starting to cut teeth, doesn't want to sleep, and wants to be held all the time. Very quickly growing, very strong, tall for his age. Blonde, blue eyed. Not averse to others when mom leaves. Learns very quickly. Seems to be a little slow in the teething area though.
