effexor withdrawl
I have been on effexor xr for almost 2 years. I have started to decrease my dose. I was taking 300mg a day and then went down to 225mg. I am now down to 150mg but I feel terrible. I am very tired and have a loss of energy. I am also more anxious and get angry easier. What can I do to help lessen the symptoms. I want to decrease down again but I'm afraid of the withdrawl. Any suggestions would be appreciated.roblynn on 2005-05-22

Roblynn - In May I found a wonderful site in this forum. The title is
"Effexor withdrawl and symptoms, please help." To get to it go to the forum archives at the left of the screen and click on the 1. Then click on the 0. We have 17 pages of help from people all over the country and we get new people every day. All are in different stages of withdrawal (I am just beginning). Please go there, the names change as people recover, but the story is always the same. It is so nice to have people to share their experiences. Good luck!
