Thanks Dr.Kadwa, she is back to hospital for being non responsive paramedics managed to revive her before they took her to the hospital she is also running high fever and chills (may be an infection is brewing)

Please give her arsenic alb 30 in the morning and evening for 2 days. After a gap of few days, give her Carbo Veg 30 in the same way and after that give her Lyc 200.

SO,
she has grown fungus in her blood ( under control therefore no fever now) green stuff is still coming she is also vomiting green stuff though she is allowed to eat full liquid but she is having difficulty in digesting it acid reflects also a symptom,no bowl movement, gas passed for 3/4 days. bilirubin level is up, dark & thick redishy yellow urine in little amount .

Please give her three doses of Phosphorus 200 at a gap of 12 hours and see how she responds in next few days.

first doze of phosphorus has been taken today. she pooped 2 days ago
one of CAT scan showed a blood clot in the upper area of her left leg. both legs from foot upwards badly swelled up body is turning sort of hard. body is rejecting even liquid diet, jaundice,nutrient situation is very poor dont know how to improve it as she is getting every thing through TPN when awake very alert,memory is sharp rest of the vitals are normal. she is fighting hard to get out of this vicious disease.

carbo veg was given for almost 6days.since last night she is in sort of coma shallow breathing lots of rattling sound from the throat and chest. Edema from toes to belly, body is refusing TPN or any other kind of fluid you mentioned lachesis i found it diluted form in 30
