I have a small varicocele in my left scrotum. I was diagnosed with left sided varicocele in 1997, and got that fixed with a surgery immediately. The varicocele reappeared in 2004. At the time when I did an Ultra Sound Scan they confirmed there is a small varicocele. Its not creating a backflow of blood so its ok to leave it as is. Now my varicoele has increased slightly (since 2004, the amount of twisted veins in the left scrotum has increased and hence the swelling). Also this time around with the scan, they said there is a cist in the left epididymis. Both the varicocele and the cist are clinically insignificant. However, the swelling in the scrotum is causing me slight pain at times at the scrotum it self and near the groin region.

Mind behaviour is normal for the most part. I plan to get married soon and a little worried if that would affect my relationship in any way.

cist is 3 mm large. Filled with fluids of some sort. Adds heavyness to the testicles on one side. Along with the varicocele, it makes the left scrotum heavy so I get chronic 'pinning' sort of pain (mild though) when standing stationary say for more than 30 mins or so. Cist is not causing any pain at the moment just swelling. If I move around it helps a little. Also when sleeping (laying down on bed) the varicocele drains out, and since the cist is small the problems essentially disappears.

No pus or other discarges. No burning sensations except the varicocele makes the left scrotum warm if I am standing for long times without moving around. Again the effect is mild at the moment this is due to the fact that the cist and the varicocele are mild. The cist may apparently grow with time according to the urologist which worries me the most.

A question: should i buy the liquid or pallets of the remedies, and in what quantities. (i.e. 30 ml? 60 ml? 125 ml?)

Please give me an idea of how much Staphysagria 200C i need to purchase? (30 ml etc. ) for the course of the treatment.

Sorry for taking time to respond as there were delays in ordering the medicines. I tried the first remedy as you suggested Staphysagria 200C and waited for about three weeks, no results yet, the varicocele is still there and i suppose the cist in epididamis too. please advise on what my next steps are in the treatment

Hi Newaz,
I took it two weeks back (started on 24th September for 5 days). I took it in the morning on empty stomach for five days as you suggested.

Initially I felt that the swelling due to varicocele is getting smaller. but after taking the remedy its back to what it was before. (perhaps a psychological effect). No other physical symptoms everything was normal (Well I am not too sure what to expect for) but I didn experience anything different. The days were rather normal.

The varicocele and the cyst are still there.

I have all other remedies at home (those that you asked me to buy)
1. Cinnamon 30C
2. Hamamelis Virginica Q 3. Sulphur 200C

Please advise my next steps and what to look for interms of symptoms.

I took Sulphur 200C two days ago in the morning on empty stomach, I felt my swelling in the scrotum due to varicocele was less for the first half of the day. then it came back. I did not experience any other symptoms/changes. hence I am not sure If it was just a mental effect or not. In any case, I am having positive energy overall since this treatment process. Please advise on what my next steps are and what to look for. thanks

Hello Nawaz,
Certainly the varicocele has improved after 5 days. Swelling has reduced. I am not sure 100% or not. (Its somewhat hard to tell immediately, because varicocele drains when you lie down on bed and comes back when you are standing for lenghty periods). Some larger than usual veins still in there. and also the small cist, I can feel it now. (but its small 3 mm). But the effect of varicocele reduced significantly. I was energetic, and positive throughout the course. No other symptoms/side effects.
Please advise on the next steps.

I took Hamamelis as you suggested. I am observing the swelling, seems like the varicocele effect has reduced much, I will observe for the next couple of days and report. The small cyst in the epididymis is still there. Please advise on the next immediate steps I still have the other remedies in hand. I will report to you again on friday.

Sorry for taking my time, I wanted to wait a couple more days to see if the varicocele has healed completely. I notice that my swelling has reduced significantly, but the veins on the left testicle are larger and somewhat twisted than in the right scrotum. The cist in the epididymis is still there and I can feel the swelling. I dont have any pain but the swelling and unbalance in the left and right scrotum makes me feel unconfortoble. The swelling drains when I lie down.(typical for varicocele)
Thanks for your guidance towards this massive improvement. I feel much better now.. please advise on the next steps towards complete healing of the cist in the epididymis and the varicocele. I sincerely appreciate your help.

Hi Newaz,
I had lot of gas forming in my stomach yesterday after taking the Sulphur 200C, (It did not happen before) but I did not eat anythign unusual. But it is starting to settle today. Regardles, the cist and some varicocele veins are still there as before. No other symptoms or signs.
Is hamamelis suppose to cure the varicocele completely? or is it temporary? please advise on the next steps.

Hello Newaz, could this be a side effect of Sulphur, I am not sure if it is temporary its still there I am having some gas generation in the stomach and the bewal movement is slow as well. please advise.
