ITP, Caffeine and remedies
How bad is it to take caffeine while taking your remedies? I have been under treatment for a year for a blood condition and almost no improvement.I recently took Xray remedy and waited a few days and took my regular remedy. Still not much improvement. What could be blocking my healing?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You are being given the wrong remedies. That is what the problem is.
Very few things antidote remedies - major surgery, general anesthetic, severe physical trauma might possibly do it - but not simple things like coffee.
The only real block to healing is not being prescribed the remedy you need at this time. What does your homoeopath say about the lack of progress?
I find that homoeopaths that blame unknown and mysterious 'antidotes' for not being able to improve your problem, are best to be avoided.

Well you have to give her points for trying different approaches - I have not used Samarium fluoratum ever. That must be one of the new Lanthanide remedies that were introduced by Jan Scholten. Very interesting. I am a great fan of trying small, new or unknown remedies.
However, it is still the case that you have not been given the right remedy - whatever the reason for that. Healing cannot be blocked - it will happen without obstruction when the Simillimum is given.

Hopefully she is giving it to you for more reasons than that lol. Glamorous, controlling, and breaking relationships hardly points to the Fluoric remedies. I am sure she doesn't explain all the reasons she is lead to a particular remedy.
The real question though would be, are you actually a mineral remedy? One needs to start from the top down - Kingdom first, then move into the various groups. If you are not a mineral remedy, that will be the main stumbling block to finding the right remedy for you.
Does your homoeopath practice the Sensation Method, or does she just use Scholten's Perodic Table prescribing ?(you probably need to ask her that, I am sure that isn't the sort of information patients tend to know about their practitioners lol).

She talks a lot about the periodic table. She even suggested she may be one column off on the periodic table since my remedy is not working
Please what r the effects of taking the wrong remedy?

The wrong remedy can do nothing, or it can produce side effects if it is taken too often. Usually single doses, or just a few (2-3) will rarely create problems for most people.
Generally if the remedy is partially right (and partially wrong) that is where you will get a reaction. Those remedies that are completely wrong will usually just miss you and have no effect.
Really, homoeopathy is quite safe as long as doses are not repeated over and over without proper assessment. As long as a practitioner is doing regular follow ups, only dosing in a very minimalist way, you will be fine.
The real problem comes with practitioners who mechanically give multiple doses, ask you to continue without any follow up or guidelines as to when to stop or change dosing, or ignore any bad reactions you have and continue to have you take the medicine.

Don't give up. If she cannot help you let me take your case. I might be able to offer some suggestions outside of what she has offered you.
Only start with me though, if you have finally decided to stop with her. I don't want to interfere in that therepeutic relationship.

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION
It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.
1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?
Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE.
You should address each problem separately using the above 7 questions as a guide. Do not put all your complaints into each of the 7 questions. Discuss one problem at a time. If you have, for example, a headache with nausea, do each component separately too (what makes the head pain worse or better, what makes the nausea worse or better).
As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.
Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.
Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your disease.
Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the disease evolved.
Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.
If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:
1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like
8. Describe your menstrual cycle
9. Also give these details
a) Body type and build
b) Skin colour and texture
c) Areas of the body tends to perspire on
d) Odour of sweat, body, stool, flatus, urine
e) Colour of stool, urine, sweat
10. Give any reactions to vaccines or medical drugs.

Ok this is a start. There are a number of points I would like to explore.
1. Describe more on the headache - what is 'dull'? What makes it worse, what makes it better, when does it occur?
2. How much sleep will make you feel better?
3. Describe the weakness - what is it like, what makes it worse, what makes it better, do any symptoms come with it? If it is worse in the evening, when exactly?
4. What was the experience of a relationship ending abruptly?
5. What was the experience of almost having your home foreclosed on?
6. What is the experience of being controlled?
7. What is the feeling you get in your stomach with stress?
8. What is the experience of not having a job?
9. Describe 'on guard'.
10. Describe 'cutting off'.
11. What is the experience of depending on others?
12. What are you like when you take your anger out on others?
13. Describe 'larger than life' and 'vibrant'.
14. What does it mean to 'transfer my pain in arguments'?
15. Describe more on 'confined'.

Ok I cannot really see the Fluoride here, although I can see why someone might give it. Let's try and work out if you are even a mineral remedy.
The goal in finding the simillimum is to go underneath the story, to find the peculiar sound of the remedy.
Those peculiar things appear to be:
Vein would pop
Tight knot
Acid churning
Begging
Run out of resources
Rebuild bridges
At their mercy
Let go slowly, let it out, outlet
Trapped, stuck
So for these things, talk about them more. Describe the meaning of the word or phrase (as if I do not speak English as my primary language). Give images to further describe it. Give the experience of it, the relevence to your life.

I posted an answer to this yesterday which got blocked by our lan security, then I tried to post it as a seperate new thread, which mysteriously vanished. This is very annoying.
I did not keep a record of the work so I will rewrite it today.

Freedom
I enjoy being free. Being incontrol of my environment so I can not be in a situation where I can't do what I want to do when I want to do it. That to me is freedom
Skydiving
Even though I would never go skydiving because I don't like heights, I can imagine the relief it will give. It also represents freedom to me, it's like letting any burden on your back go while you enjoy the freedom of letting go.
Trapped
Feeling of being in a box with no holes, no light. No way forward. scary feeling
Explore
Inquisitive about many things in life. Like to try new things, discover new places, learn about new things

Explosion
Outburst of anger. That's how I feel when I get very angry like I am going to explode. When I think explode, I think something breaking to many pieces
Bottle up
Holding a lot of feeling inside of you that hurt. They grow and grow and one day it all comes out
Breaking point
When I have had enough. When I can't push any longer, when I'm ready to give up and just say i can't do it anymore

It is interesting, when asked to describe those things, your instinct appears to tell me about your emotions. This tells me alot about your potency not so much about your remedy though.
Is freedom anything else but doing what you want?
Can you describe more on a 'box with no holes'? What is it like in there?
What kind of object do you imagine breaking into pieces? How does it break? What happens after it breaks?
Describe what an explosion would look like, if it really happened to you, if you actually exploded.

freedom is being relaxed. No worries, no troubles just having life go they way you want
Can you describe more on a 'box with no holes'? What is it like in there?
It is a dark lonely place, probably cold and sad
What kind of object do you imagine breaking into pieces? How does it break? What happens after it breaks?
A glass, it breaks by falling on a hard surface and the pieces scatter and different directions
Describe what an explosion would look like, if it really happened to you, if you actually exploded.
Wow, if I actually exploded pieces of me will be all over my house. Hmmm....not a good picture
