tinnitus in both ears, eye floaters, irregular heart HELP!!!

Hello Briefly My name is Mark. I do not have any homeopathic doctors that live in my area so I need help! Thanks.
I’m 26 and live on the 45th parallel. So moderate climate. I don’t take any medications I am talking a multi vitamin and magnesium. I have taken antibiotics twice in my life once for about a year for acne 16 years old (Which I still have) and when I had typhoid when traveling to Guyana age 24.
I have three issues that I need help with 1st is Tinnitus- I got this condition in both ears after going to a rock concert. It was very loud and uncomfortable to be there. I was 19 years old. I believe that the minocycline that I took for my acne.. Drained nutrients from my body like magnesium, leaving my ear vulnerable to damage at that concert?? I have a low and high ring in my ears. Seems worse in the morning. At times (1 or twice a week) during the day one or both ears will ring louder or there will be a different ring. It feels better when I am relaxed and not feeling anxious. 3 years ago I was going through a liver cleanse and my right ear freaked out and I got a loud ring for a day and a half I had to go lay down and relax to get it to calm down. This has happened it seems when I do extensive cleanses to intestines, liver. It happened as well when I was taking a fiber to cleanse my liver. Recently I had for the first time sinus infection and I had some pain behind my ears and my hearing got really sensitive to high pitched tones. Still is little sensitive.
2nd Eye floaters- When I was 22 I tried a liver cleanse that was mentioned in above paragraph. After my tinnitus freaked out I started to really worthy about my heath, got sick. I believe I had Candida (I had a lot of the symptoms). I laid in bed for a few days no energy and depressed. Then as I was getting better I noticed floaters in my eyes. Went to eye doc. Said that my retina looks fine. I still have eye floaters. I am sensitive to lights I told doc. That when I sqent my eyes I can see little squiggles that look like worms. Vision is simi blurred at times… but I have 15/20 vision. He told me that was normal but I don’t remember ever noticing things like this in my eyes. He says he can’t explain it.
3rd- Just recently I got back from Africa. I did volunteer work there. A lot of physical and mental stress there. At the end of the trip my heart had a irregular heart beat. I think I was caused from the constant sweating and hard work. I think my magnesium levels went very low again. I came home (about 3 months ago) I Was very weak not sleeping good. My eyes got more sensitive my ringing in my ears started to give me more troubles. I’ve been taking magnesium for my irregular heartbeats and it seemed to help but I still get them at night or after I eat junk food sweets or when I’m stresses out. Before I went to Africa I got in fight with brother. I had a lot of recurring dreams about him and I woke up stressed out. That happened for weeks. And during this time my tinnitus and my eyes would get worse in their conditions.
Feelings- I’m anxious, stressed, easily irritated, worried about conditions getting worse. When I was 8-11 years old had a phobia of becoming blind, (by a needle or something sharp) Also worried about ears when I was young. I got over phobia but ironic that I’m suffering from issues with eyes and ears. I’m worried I can’t do volunteer work ( have to be healthy) don’t have confidence in my health right now! I’m fearful that it won’t get better. I mention all these conditions because they all started to effect me when the irregular heart beats happened.
Foods- I have always liked sweets, conditions get worse with such foods.
Homeopathic meds.- I took homeopathic for warts once, for acne kali boom?? And I’m taking t-gone homeopathic for my tinnitus right now. Some improvement in two weeks.
It seems if my heart gets better then I worry about my eyes, then something happens to my ears and it’s a vicious cycle, because I will get depressed and my heart will act up again.
Symptoms- cold in feet and hands. Like sweets. Not thirsty. Tired in mornings. Neck pain at times. Light headed at times. I’m a runner and my running has gotten better recently, more energy etc.
Anyone dealing with similar problems??? Please help homeopathic doctors!or anyone who can relate! I don’t have any docs near me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I am happy to take your case and try to suggest a remedy for you. I will post my intake form, do your best to answer the questions there. I will probably have more questions for you after that.

GUIDELINES FOR GIVING HOMOEOPATHIC CASE INFORMATION

It is important to describe all your problems in as much detail as you are able. One word answers and short sentences are not particularly helpful. Discuss each problem one at a time, providing (as a minimum level of detail) the following information.

1. What exactly happens?
2. Describe all sensations and pains. Each pain or sensation should be described in such a way that allows us to imagine having the same pain.
3. What causes the problem to get worse after it has started occurring?
4. What creates some relief for the problem?
5. What triggers the problem into occuring?
6. What time of the day or night does the problem occur?
7. When did the problem start? What was happening in your life at that time? Did some specific event or treatment take place just before the problem started?

Move from one problem to the next, doing the same thing. IT IS VITAL THAT YOU GIVE A COMPLETE PICTURE OF YOUR HEALTH BY PROVIDING ALL PROBLEMS YOU HAVE, EVEN IF NOT CONNECTED TO THE MAIN ONE, AND EVEN IF YOU CONSIDER IT OF LESS IMPORTANCE.

You should address each problem separately using the above 7 questions as a guide. Do not put all your complaints into each of the 7 questions. Discuss one problem at a time. If you have, for example, a headache with nausea, do each component separately too (what makes the head pain worse or better, what makes the nausea worse or better).

As well as this, please describe any traumatic incidents that have taken place in your life. Discuss anything that has had a lasting impact on you mentally, emotionally or physically.

Discuss the way that you manage or deal with your problems, or any problems that occur in your life.

Discuss any patterns you have noticed in your behavior especially concerning your disease.

Discuss any part of your life where you feel stuck or unable to change and grow, especially where this occurred around the beginning of your disease, or as the disease evolved.

Describe your childhood and the kind of environment you grew up in, with reference to your relationships with your family, your school experiences, and any serious childhood diseases.

If your earlier discussions have not mentioned these already, please describe:

1. The specific foods that you crave (not just like) or hate
2. The specific drinks that you crave or hate
3. What your sleep is like
4. How the weather and the temperature affects you
5. What kinds of things in the environment you are particularly sensitive to
6. What your general level of energy is like
7. What your level of sexual energy or desire is like
8. Describe your menstrual cycle

9. Also give these details

a) Body type and build
b) Skin colour and texture
c) Areas of the body tends to perspire on
d) Odour of sweat, body, stool, flatus, urine
e) Colour of stool, urine, sweat

10. Give any reactions to vaccines or medical drugs.

11. What homoeopathic medicines have you taken and what were the results?

Weight- 170
Height- 6’4”
non diabetic
Blood pressure now- 118 over 60 3 months ago it was 140 over 89
Medication?- took Minocycline for about a year at 16 to 17 and took antibiotic for Typhoid when I was 23 for a couple of weeks. Homeopathic- I took kali broom 6x twice a day for acne. It worked for a week and then acne went back to before. I also took t-gone for my ears, and ring releif they might have helped briefly but then went back to the way it was.
I eat good and Jog about 2-5 miles every other day.
Live in 45th parallel moderate climate

So I have 4 main Issues and I’ll take them 1 at a time and go from most recent to the longest.
1. Irregular heartbeat - 3months 2. Eye floaters- 4 years 3. Tinnitus - 6 years 4. Acne- 10 years.

1. IRREGULAR HEART BEATS- 3 months ago.

I was in Africa doing voluntary for two months. It happened the day before I left. (two days before I left I did a liver cleanse) I took a long trip to see some water falls and I sweat a lot that day, I drank alcohol at lunch. I don’t think I drank enough water for how much I sweat. Ridding home I felt out of it, not good no energy, tired. That night I was stressed out about packing, and the long travel day! I went to go lay down on my right side and my heart freaked out it was beating irregularly. I sat up and breathed deeply for a couple of second until my heart calmed down. I drank some ionic fizz supplement, it’s a multivitamin that has electrolytes in it. That seemed to help
I was worried especially because not good health care in Africa! I worried all night thinking if something worse happens then I’ll have no where to go.
The two months in Arica where very hard physically. I sweat a lot being out in the sun most days. I ate a lot of meat there because that was what was provided. Never got sick from the food. Ate a lot of fruits, but had almost NO Vegetables. I got into a argument before I left For Africa with my brother. I would have dreams about that and it would wake me up. I think my blood pressure was high there but I don’t know for sure. I only know when I got back it was high. Running was good but hard as well, sweat a lot. I felt Stressed at times because I got a couple of thing stolen. So at night and when walking in town I was worried about things getting stolen. eye floater and tinnitus and acne would get worse at times. Tinnitus was worse while working outside, same with my eyes. In the bright sun, floaters would get worse. I drank alcohol occasionally, soda, and coffee. I think I had a magnesium deficiency because I was not sleeping well, and being mentally and physically stressed didn’t help, I didn’t have any vegetables and that where you get magnesium, having high blood pressure was a sign of mag. Deficiency . I came home and we very concerned because The Irregular heat beat hadn’t gone away. Not to mention the whole plane ride back my heart was beating irregularly! I went to bed and remember My kidneys where hurting, they has a dull pain and felt very hard?
I went to doctor she said my heart sounded good and healthy. But I had High blood pressure of 140 over 89.
I take a multi vitamin and a magnesium supplement right now. Blood pressure is now 120 over 60
I get irregular heart beats in the morning after I eat food, and at night. I might get them If I breath weird or sometimes I have a irregular heartbeat while running.
Foods that make it worse- pizza, chocolate, heavy foods, Ice cream. Sugary foods.
Foods that I crave- sugar, ice cream, sometimes salty foods.
Foods that make it better- Vegetables. Water, Magnesium, Not a100% sure about mag. But it seems to calm my heart and good before running.
I used to get pains in my chest and a little tingling of my hands after running, I don’t anymore. I still get a pain in the upper part of my chest right at the rib cage. Feels like a deep pain in a pin point of my upper chest.
When I get these irrgular heat beats it discourages me. I want to be healthy to do volunteer work again, so I get nervous, sad, I feel like my life has hit a wall. I feel like my body is weak because almost anything can trigger my irregular heartbeat. It seems I get distracted easily, unproductive, feelings of never getting better.
I feel that warmth makes it worse, when it happens I sometimes get flustered. Filled with worry.
When dose It happen?- When I first wake up I get flustered and I fell a ruse that comes up into my chest. Irregular heat beats are usually in the morning. When I first wake up. After I eat food. Especially big meals that have meat or other heavy foods. About 30 mins after I eat I will get irregular heart beats. When I work hard at work, after about half a day I get them. When I bend down and get back up sometimes I can feel it in my heart like its adjusting to rushing in blood back to my head. When I get nervous for example doing public speaking- I get faster irregular heart beat. I can usually feel it in my chest. When It happens in theses situations it feels like adrenaline rush and after a few min of either a fast heat rate o irregular one my left arm will feel weak or slightly pained. When I go to the bathroom it occasionally happens, lying on my right our left side it sometimes happens. Sitting down.
What helps?- Breathing deeply helps to regulate my heart. Certain foods (mentioned above). Exercising. Standing up and walking helps.

Eye floaters- suffering for 4 years.

1.- When did it start? I was doing a colon cleanse trying to help my acne. A few days into my cleanse I noticed the Tinnitus in I believe my right ear got worse. I stopped with the colon cleanse. And tried to rest. Because of the stress of worrying about my ears I got sick. I was tired sleeping a lot and depressed. I believe I had Candida at this time. I had a lot of the symptoms. I don’t know if it was the colon cleanse product or the antibiotics that I took when I was younger that caused this? But while I was getting better I notice these black things in my eyes! Floaters! When I found out that these things don’t go away according to western medicine I got worse. I was distressed. Candida made me feel weak, tired and depressed. My eyes got worse. I had blurry vision at times. When I looked a lights and then look away the light would be burned in my retina longer than usual. Its hard to explain… but you know when you see a bright light maybe the sun, and then you look away and close your eyes then open them again there is a burned out in retina that gose away in a reasonable time maybe 5 to 10 seconds. For me it was happening longer like 30 seconds or more. My head felt fuzzy, I felt out of it. Etc.
I went to an eye doctor and he said my retina looked fine, and said all the things I was describing couldn’t been explained and that it could be something happening internally.
I still have the floaters and other issues with eyes. Sometimes I get burn outs in my eyes just randomly, that can last for minutes. This usually happens while working at my job painting.
When I first had the issue and right now I have light sensitivity, so I often where sun glasses when outdie even when It’s not bright.
Now Its about the same. With regards to my eye floaters. When I was really stressed a 3 weeks ago It would get worse. Floaters are the same but the burnouts get worse.
When I squat down and get back up sometimes I will see ’stars” or see blue dots that will quickly go away.
I notice when I drank Some nasty city water when I was out, I noticed that I would get light headed and then see star. This happened every time I bent down to get a drink of city water. The water taste horrible, kind of like nickel.
2- What makes it worse. Well it got worse when I was in Africa I think because I swear so much I lose a lot of my nutrients. Stress will, worrying about the future. Worrying about health.
3- food that make it worse- chocolate alcohol, meats. It gets worse in heat. It seems that when I take mineral supplement my eyes will get more sensitive to light, I see “stars” easier
4- food that make it batter- good vegetables,
5- things that make it better- floaters have always been there, but breathing and exercise, I run helps with over all heath so I don’t notice floaters as much.
6- time of day it occurs- mornings are bad for getting the eyes used to light. During and especially at the end of work. In the light or outside I can always see the floaters.

3-tinnitus had this 7 years.

This happened when I went to a concert. It was very loud I wasn’t enjoying my time at all. I just wanted to leave because It was so loud but I couldn’t find one of my friends. So I suffered through it. After my ears where ringing but I figure that it would just go away. It didn’t. I was devastated when the ear doc. Said that I would have it for the rest of my life. This made me depressed for a couple of months… that’s all I could think about. Like I said before, I think the reason for my tinnitus was the antibiotic I was formerly taking for my acne, that depleted my magnesium levels. That’s why I think my ears where so sensitive and why after only one concert I developed tinnitus.
Just recently I had a sinus infection and this made my ears really sensitive. It was hard to be n crowds because all the noise and I would hear high rings that would come when stressed out, or just randomly. I sure it got worse because I would think about it. Just within the last couple of weeks that has gone away and very occasionally happens
What makes it better?- sleeping, it usually happened when stressed, so a good sleep helps. Warm tea. Eating food helps. Calming music or just watching a movie. When my ears randomly rings louder just closing my ears and listing to the ring it will go down back to the original ring.
What make it worse?- When ever I would do colon cleanses or liver cleanses one of my ears would randomly have a new ring that was loud. And when talking it would ringing worse. Like a mic that has feed back. That would get better and go away when I would stop the cleanse.
Time of day?- get worse at night right before bed. When I wake up it sometimes bad. Throughout the day I don’t’ really notice the ringing. But when in a quit room it I can hear it and it come to mind.
How I feel?- in the early years of tinnitus I regretted going to the concert, I should have left I thought. So I blamed myself. I had nothing wrong health wise at that time so I thought that was my one big problem. I tried to do a lot of research on how to get ride of it, eventually I just go used to it and stopped thinking about it so much. Now I feel the same, but my hearing changes from time to time.

4 Acne- had it for 12 years!
I don’t know really how my acne came about but it happened around 13 and progressively got worse. My parents took me to dermatologist and they proscribed antibiotics! Which I wish now I would have never taken. But I was on them off and on for 2 year plus. My acne would get better when on the drugs then get worse when taken off them. My acne progressively became more and more severe the more I would use antibiotics. I stopped when I was 17.
Where do I have it- When I was young I used to get it on my forehead then on my chin. Chest and back as well. Now as an adult I get acne on my back upper and occasionally on my lower back where my kidneys are. I also get it on my checks and jaw bone area.
Food that make it better- Any vegetable, beans brown rice.
Foods that makes it worse- Milk products chocolate, sweats, Ice cream is a big one that make my acne bad almost instantly. Eating a lot of meat.
Things that make it better- Exercising especially running really helps. I wash my face at least twice a day and put on benzoate peroxide. Being outside. Mild to warm temperatures.
Things that make it worse- work with paints like I do make it worse.
How it make me feel- I had always wanted to find ways to get ride of my acne. It make me feel insure when its bad and obviously effects my looks. I never get depressed about it but I get determined to get it better, eating good foods and exercise. But I get frustrated that it still hasn’t gotten better after these 13 years.
Times of day I get it- well right after I take a shower my acne is worse and when I wake up.

Childhood issues- I had a phobia of getting my eye poked out by a sharp object. This started at around 11 and ended around 13. I remember thinking about how bad it was to lose my eye sight by such a way. And a phobia was started it progressively got worse as I thought about it more. I remember I even got eye glasses, I think to “protect“ my eyes(which I don’t or have now). It was worse when I got around my family I had to hide it from kids in school so when I would come home I would get worse. Maybe I was looking for attention from my parents?? It got better when my mom took me to a breath therapist. I thought it was stupid as a kid to waste money on a breath therapist. But maybe it worked because it went away for the most part. I think just growing up and worrying about making friends was getter than worrying about something like a phobia.
When I was a baby I was premature and I had jaundice. They put me under one of them lights and I got better. That’s all I know about that.

Running- while running I good but if I push myself at all my heart will start to skip a beat and I will have to slow down. This makes me feel weak. After my run my heart usually stays pumping around 90 beats per minuet for an hour. My resting heart rate is around 64 beats.

I notice in public speaking situations I get nervous right before maybe 15 min to 30 min before. My heart will be pumping hard. And will go in-between fast and irregular heartbeats. I noticed to that My left armpit was 3 times sweater than my right side. For the most part I don’t sweat much but I will in my armpits.

Within the last 3 months since my irregular heart beats, my eyes and tinnitus have gotten worse and then back to the original condition. It seems that I will worry about my heart, then It will get better, then my hearing will get worse and then get better then my eyes will do something weird and I will worry about that, and then back to worrying about my heart! They seem like they are all connected… I guess this would include my acne but I worry about this the least.

Jan 31st-
2 months later. Now things are about the same my heart eyes and ears have gotten alittle better I think because I have stopped thinking about it as much…

Can you help with the info I gave you? My immune system seems weak now and I will get a fever if or get a headache if I work long periods of time… I think I might have a virus or and infection of one of my organs? I’m going to get a check up soon. I stopped taking magnesium, no difference in my heart. in-fact if i take to much my heart will beat more irregular.

Doctors I need help please try to Help with these problems. Please Give me some advice to what to take!! Thanks for your time and your advice is MUCH appreciated. THANKS
