This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
1. Describe in detail the main problem - appearance, colour, shape, symptoms, behaviour etc. What happens, when it happens etc.
2. Describe any pains or behaviours associated with the symptoms.
3. Describe anything that makes the problem worse ie. position, temperature, food etc.
4. Describe anything that makes the problem better ie. pain is better for cold bathing or at night in bed.
5. Go through each symptom or problem he/she has, doing the same thing (answering questions 1-4), even if the problem does not seem connected to any others.
6. When did each problem start? What happened around that same time?
7. What is his/her character like? What kinds of fears or anxieties does he/she have? What makes him/her irritable? Flesh out his/her personality.
8. What foods does he/she crave or hate? What drinks does he/she crave or hate? Is he/she sensitive to anything he/she eats or drinks?
9. How does the weather or season affect him/her?
10. How have all his/her milestones gone? Does he/she have any issue with speaking, learning, walking, climbing etc
11. How is he/she with socializing with others?
12. What is his/her bowel habit like? Any problems? Any odours, strange colours or stool shapes?

14. History of illnesses in his/her life?
15. Has he/she reacted to any vaccines or medical drugs? Also what homoeopathic remedies were given?
16. Problems with sleep? Position he/she sleeps in? Nightmares or any dreams he/she talks about?
17. How is he/she with animals?
18. How is he/she with adults or strangers?

Ok giving short answers like that doesn't help me to make a homoeopathic prescription. Details are very important in homoeopathy.
What does she do when she is alone, how does she act when fearful?
Is it only you that she has to be with, can other adults allay her fear?
Does she get fearful or anxious in any other situations?
What does it mean to be a friendly baby - how exactly does she react to family members, to strangers?
Where does she tend to sweat?
What are the symptoms of sinusitis - what makes it worse, what makes it better, what is the colour of the discharge, when does it happen, how does she act when she has it, how often does it happen?
What animals is she allergic to? What happens to her?
What are the symptoms of her hayfever? Again, what makes it worse, what makes it better, what triggers it, when does it happen, what are the symptoms, what is she like when she has it?

she plays wen alone , wen she is scared she cries and wants to be carried.
when i am around its only me that she wants unless my mum or her father has something she wants so she goes to them.
she gets anxious wen she cant see or hear me i have to be near her all the time.
people she knows she will interact with them but i must still be by her, strangers she doesnt really go by.
sweating happens normally behind her knees n neck and sometimes on the hand n face,
symptoms of the sinusitus is the runny nose and congestion , dust adn pollen makes it worse and starts it up , i tend to give her allegex she also develops a post nasal drip which courses the cough. she is very irratable and cant sleep during these sinus attacks.
the dander of teh animals causes her sinus ti flare up as well, cats , dogs any animal basically, her eczema gets worse if she goes to a house that has a pet that either sat on the sofa , her skin is also sensitive to carpets and blankets.
