Dosage advice for Chamomilla 30c for Teething pain

I have a 12 month old baby who has been experiencing bad teething pain for the last 2 days. I have tried the 6c chamomilla powders from Nelsons and Ashton but they don't seem to do much to help. I have purchased some 30c chamomilla granules from Neals Yard today to see if a higher potency works but i'm not sure what the correct dosage would be for him. How many granules should i give him each time and how many doses? He is mostly okay during the day - usually a cuddle helps, but at nightime he is really bad, thrashing around and in pain and he has stopped breastfeeding for the last 24 hours which i'm hoping is related to the teething pain.
Any advice would be greatfully received.
thanks

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
perhaps the little one is feeling thirsty. Whenever he becomes restless you first give water to drink. It is very unfortunate that these days doctors are restrictng feeding water to kids.
After all no other liquid can ever replace water.
I refuse to treat any patient in my clinic unless they agree to give water to drink to kids.
I would suggest a dose of NUX VOM 200 at bedtime, just one dose & let us see how things move after a week.

Give feedback after 10 days
