Sinus issues with Insomnia and other

9. List of your complaints:
My problems are: Sinus, silent acid reflux, insomnia, constipation, allergies, feeling cold, dry skin, wards on hands, feet and legs.
Sinus: Polyps on both side of nose, no sense of smell, limited sense of taste, runny nose in the morning with sneezing, yellow discharge from nose and throat, post nasal drip, headaches, aggravation, lack of motivation, tiredness.
Acid Reflux: silent reflux without heartburn. Can’t lie down for 5 hours after eating or acid comes up all the way to the throat causing raspy voice, headache and burning in the throat.
Insomnia: feeling tired but trouble falling asleep. Can’t fall asleep until 2:00 in the morning. Dreams are vivid and constant. Waking up after 7 hours feeling tired and depressed, unable to go back to sleep.
Constipation: emptying every 3 days, hard stool, loud stomach growling, gas, bloating.
Allergies: dust mites, grass, animals, tree bark. My eyes are red, itchy, watery and I have dark circles under the eyes.
Feeling cold: low tolerance for cold, feeling colder than other around.
Dry skin: itchy skin after a shower, sensitive to chemicals, hands, arms and legs are most dry.
Wards: on top of hands, top of feet, front of legs.

I have been suffering from:
Sinus: 14 years
Acid Reflux: 1 year
Insomnia: 3 years
Constipation: most of my life
Allergies: 10 years
Feeling cold: 4 years
Wards: 1 year
Dry skin: 10 years

16. What exactly is happening?
I was taking ozone LM1-2, ozone-fl. LM1-2, fluor-ac LM1-2 prescribed by a homeopathic pratcioner. All of those made me feel happier and thirstier at first but after couple of doses just aggravated me more and I wouldn’t sleep all night taking only one dose in the morning. I just started taking Teucrium Marum Verum 6c, Calcarea Carbonica 30c and Thuja Occident 30c. I took one dose a day of Teucrium Marum Verum 6c for a few days, then Calcarea Carbonica 30c for a few days and Thuja Occident 30c for one day. Teucrium Marum Verum and Calcarea Carbonica 30c helped with the runny nose a little bit but are not helping with insomnia.

I feel tired, exhausted, depressed, aggravated, scared, unmotivated, my eyes are sensitive to sunlight, I can’t tolerate loud noises. My desire to live is diminishing due to the constant feeling of tiredness.

It prevents me from living my life normally.

I feel like I am vegetating instead of living.

I want to fell rested.

I like most foods except for liver, hearts, tongue. I choose not to eat beef or pork.

I think milk products congest my sinuses.

I am irritable, impatient, explosive, get angry easily.

I am not aggravated when I am well rested.

Period is regular every 28 days, currently around the 20th of the month. No problems or discharges. Irritability and insomnia get worse a few days before the period.

I am not pregnant.

For clarification should I be taking the liquid dilution or the granules?

I followed your advice and I took a single dose of Arsenicum Album 200C. Here is what I felt:
Day 1: Energy with irritability, mood swings (angry to crying), eyes less itchy, stomach more swollen with cramps (lower abdominal area), gassy, unable to pass gas, constipated, nose less stuffed up, sneezing, increased appetite, hot upper lip, irritation decreased in the evening, not sleepy until 2:00AM, vivid dreams.
Day 2: Up at 7:30AM with heartburn, dry mouth, thirsty, tired, irritated, moody, swollen stomach, gassy, constipated, itchy eyes, nose less stuffed up, sneezing, increased appetite.
