eczema/psoriarsis on palm on hand

Could you help me with a severe case of exczema on the palm of my hand. It has been going on for two years.

Describe ur problem in details from very beginning to till now. I dont think it is psoriasis or eczema. It may b fungal infection. I will suggest u after ur reply.

This started in 2008. i went to the doctors and they wanted to put me on cortisone. When I use that it gets a bit better but then comes back.i use cream to keep the palms moist and less itchy.

Dead skin in hard or soft? Dose it always itches? What makes it worse and what makes it better?

the dead skin is hard, it always itches and the relief is only when I apply cream. If no cream it is itchy. I have tried to monitor when it is worse or better but cannot discern that, of course when I am asleep I do not feel the itch or remember the itching...but I do use cream and the I do not feel the itchiness.

Petroleum 30 c one dose per day at night or day 20 min before meal. Take it for 7 days thn pls report me. 2 drops of medicine in a cup of water is called a dose medicine. Sip it up slowly.

If u know what to do than y u came here to ask buddy? Read materia medica about arsenic and tell me how many percentage of dissimilarities in that medicine u found with that. the dead skin doesnt match with arsenic for u thats y take Petroleum as I said.
