dandruff, itchy scalp,acne only due to dndruf

Need a dry scalp dandruff solution.

I use to have mild dandruff, it got worse after coming to US(may be becuas ei stpped meat, fish, etc)
I colored my hair thats when it got and became the WORST. I have been fihting it with B vitamin, shampooo change, fish oil etc. Due to dandruff skin gets oily and if I sleep w dandruff I will get HUGe breakouts..SO I want to forst eliminate dandruff. I stopped eating breadm junk ,almost all bad food..Pleas help me
