Pilonidal sinus

Hello I am male 33. About 10 years ago I had a operation on pilonidal sinus problem. The surgeon used Excision and healing by secondary intention method. So I was dressing the wound for almost 10 weeks as it healed slowly. But right at the end I developed an infection, which was never corrected. I now still suffer with a very unusual problem where if I put any pressure on that operated area it inflames and causing be a lot of pain for a few days until the pus comes out then the wound heals (there are no lumps in this operated area, when the wound heals it goes back to clean skin) I have lived with this condition for almost 10 years now. I get inflammation almost once a month. I don't really want to have an operation again. I would like to know is any medicine is available to cure this problem by Homeopathy.

2 ways to go at this.

1) use Hep sul 3x (or 6x)twice a day for 10/14 days; which promotes the absorbation from the tissues via the lymph system.

2) Use a single .ONE ONLY; tablet of Bellis per 10m and wait 2/4 weeks to judge result
