Constipation in 16month old boy

Hi

Was hoping to get some advice for my son. My son has been constipated for a few weeks now. I went to see a homeopath and he originally prescribed him Mac Mur 30c, that did not help him at all. So he than tried Alumina 200c. It worked at first for teo days but it just didn't hold. And my son just went back to being very constipated

I have needed to give him laxatives to help him go. Otherwises he strains a lot and only little brown pellets are only coming out.

His behaviour has been clingy, cranky, not happy, easily bored, doesn't know what he wants, stubborn, bad temper,very fussy eater too

His also teething and has swollen, blister gums. Requires the dummy a lot more

He has also been waking up at nights sounding congested in the nose.

He does also get red eczema drinks, his cheeks are rough with little red pimples

Can someone recommend a remedy for him pls?

I must say the one remedy that has always helped him go is Nux Vom...but not sure if this is the remedy for him?
