upper respiratory acute infection

I have very severe infection turning into bronchitis. each time i try to take deep breath i start coughing and cough comes out dark brown/greenish color. sinucitis is also there and nose is blocked but i dont have any headaches.I do have throat infection and its hurts a lot if try to eat/drink.
I took a shot of rosephin 1gm and now taking erthromycine course for 5days. i already have taken amoxicilin for 5days. this started from 08/11/12. I have ambulator for lungs. I had unprotected sex with my ex gf. i think she gave me symptoms of gonorrhea. may be this gonorrhea bacteria is not letting the lung infection heal.
Please advice some medication
