Dr. Evocationer,
Greetings of the day.
Finally I got the Tarentula H LM1. Doctor (store owner is a qualified homeopath) gave me after mixing pillules in water & alcohol. He told me to give 1 tsp from this bottle, after hitting 5 times. But I’ll follow your guidance as:-
1. Hit the bottle 5 times firmly against the palm of the hand

2. Place 3 drops into 100mls of clean fresh water

3. Stir very thoroughly

4. Take 2 teaspoons out into the mouth and hold for 20 seconds, and then swallow.
Hope I'm doing it right way and as per your guidance. Today I’ll give him first dose at bedtime.

Warm Regards
Ajay Kumar

Dr. Evocationer,
Sorry to inform, homeopath Doctor gave me Tarentula Cubensis 0/1 in stead of Tarantula Hispanica 0/1. Thanks God, I checked it before giving. I gave him written slip but even then he gave me wrong remedy. Disgusting. Tomorrow is a national holiday here, so I've to wait till Saturday to procure the right remedy.

I will continue working on the case though. It is a strange one that is for sure, looking at the odd turns the case has taken under treatment. Keep my updated regularly please.

Dr. Evocationer,
Greetings of the day.
Wish to update:-

2/10/14 (day 1) - First dose given.
After 2 hrs, I noticed he was seeing T V silently. Talking to self very less.

3/10/14 (day 2) – Second dose given.
Get up quite normal. Talking to self is much less. Calling names e.g. Salmaan also less. No smiling / laughing. When asked, he replied that he’s still hearing voices. No improvement in hearing of voices.
After 4.00 P.M. talking to self increased. Laughing increased. Calling names increased.
Sir, for two days i.e. on 1st & 2nd of October, he missed his morning allopathic dosages. Due to hospitalization of my brother, I was not at home on those nights and came back late in the morning. I noticed his missing dosages on 3/10/14 evening. In my opinion, this can also be a reason behind returning back of the symptoms (withdrawal symptoms of Olanzapine). But you’re the better judge.

4/10/14 (day 3) – Third dose given.
Get up talking to self but it seems giving him high dose of Olanzapine (but in the limit as prescribed by his Psychiatrist) has controlled his withdrawal symptoms.
Kindly guide further.

Warm Regards
Ajay Kumar

Dr. Evocationer,
Greetings of the day.
Sir, wish to update:

4/10/14 (day 3) – Third dose given.
Get up talking to self but it seems giving him high dose of Olanzapine (but in the limit as prescribed by his Psychiatrist) has controlled his withdrawal symptoms.
By evening, talking to self was less than in the morning.

5/10/14 (day 4) – Fourth dose given.
His condition is better than 4/10/14.

6/10/14 (day 5) – Fifth dose given.
His condition slightly better than 5/10/14.

7/10/14 (day 6) – Sixth dose given.
Today, he disclosed that from sometime, he's seeing images of his aunt (to whom he tried to molest) who's beating him but someone (image not clear - he's calling him ghost) is saving him from her.
Kindly guide further.

You are not increasing his medication as his symptoms intensify are you?

Evocationer last decade
Dr. Evocationer,
Greetings of the day.
His allopathic dosage are not increased by me, so far. I'm giving him Olanzapine 12.5 mg in the morning and 12.5 mg in the evening. Previously it was 15 mg twice, till 16/9/14.
Also wish to update - from yesterday evening, his talking to self has increased. Therefore, I'm stopping Tarentula H (0/1), for now.
Kindly guide further.

Warm Regards
Ajay Kumar

Has he returned exactly to his normal unhealthy state, all symptoms the same as before?

Evocationer last decade
Sir,
Many thanks from the heart for your kind reply.
Use of abusing and filthy language is less. Less in comparison with original condition (before giving of lachesis).

1. Talking to self (soliloquy) … (nonstop) – all day, till retire to bed – No improvement.
2. As if other person is speaking to him – all day, till retire to bed. – No improvement. He listen his friend’s voices (they’re talking with him).
3. Abuses and use of F**K words (filthy language) – less than before
4. Talks as if wanna f**k someone – improvement is there – less than before
5. Shout out names like - oye Salmaan, oye Rajesh. – No improvement.
6. Hears voices – No improvement.
7. Laughing / Smiling for no reason - no improvement
8. Seeing of Images – No improvement.

Warm Regards
Ajay Kumar

Are there any other noticeable changes after the Lachesis that have stayed - anything at all no matter how minor?

Evocationer last decade
Sir,
Before giving of Lachesis –
1. His talking to self and shouting of names was in high pitch. Now he talks in low voice.
2. Shouting of names – time gap is more now. (e.g. before giving of Lachesis he shout out in 15 minutes, now after 40 - 60 minutes)
3. Hearing of voices – not hear continuously.
Warm Regards

Dr. Evocationer,
Greetings of the day.
Wish to bring in your kind notice:
today morning, when I asked him - 'how he's feeling today (as is my routine), he told me that he's not hearing any voices and not seeing any images too.
I'm very surprised with his answer, as I'm not seeing any improvement in his condition. His symptoms e.g. talking to self etc. are as it is.
It's a very big improvement, therefore, informing you immediately.
Kindly guide further.

Warm Regards

Alright just wait awhile longer. Let's see what else might happen.

Evocationer last decade
Dr. Evocationer,
Greetings of the day.
O.K. and many thanks from the core of my heart for your valuable help to us.
On 7/10/14, your good self asked me – “You are not increasing his medication as his symptoms intensify are you?
And I answered as – “His allopathic dosage are not increased by me, so far. I'm giving him Olanzapine 12.5 mg in the morning and 12.5 mg in the evening. Previously it was 15 mg twice, till 16/9/14”.
Sir, today I was reviewing your question and my answer. I’m EXTREMELY SORRY that I didn’t understand the importance of this meaningful question and gave a half reply only. (Now) What I understand is – through this question you want to assess if increased allopathic dose is behind his improved condition.
Sir, I made a grave mistake and therefore want to clarify, as under please.
1. On 1st and 2nd of October, 14 he missed his morning dose (12.5 mg).
2. Due to hospitalization of my brother, I was not at home on those nights and came back late in the morning. I noticed his missing dosages on 3/10/14 evening and it means he missed his morning dose on 3/10/14 too.
3. On 3rd of October, after 4.00 P.M. talking to self increased. Laughing increased. Calling names increased. Then I gave him 25 mg in the evening.
4. On 4/10/14 morning, his condition was better than previous night and in the evening it was better than morning. Therefore, I started his normal dose 12.5 mg in the morning and evening and till date he’s on the same dose.
5. From 6/10/14 his symptoms started increasing again. Therefore, I stopped Tarentula 0/1 from 7/10/14.
6. On 8/10/14, he was sleepless at night (even after taking his Olanzapine 12.5 mg) and his talking and filthy language was on rise, therefore, I gave him Ezolent-1 (one tablet) for sleeping. It’s also prescribed by his Psychiatrist but I seldom use it. When I feel he can sleep without this (Ezolent), I’ll stop it.
7. Ezolent is also known as ETIZOLAM and belongs to the class of benzodiazepine derivatives anxiolytics.
8. On 9, 10 and 11/10/14 also, I gave him Ezolent-1 as he was not able to sleep. Olanzapine 12.5 mg both times was continued as usual.
9. On 11/10/14 morning, he informed me that he’s not hearing any voices and seeing no images too.
10. Also just for record again – Tarentula H (0/1), given to him from 1/10/14 to 6/10/14 (single dose).
Sir, this is the details of his allopathic dosage for now and I do hope it was the information you sought to judge – what is working and where the illness is heading.
Warm Regards
Ajay Kumar

Evocationer will comment- but seems
to me that
On Oct 7th- you stopped Tarentula bc
his symptoms were increasing (aggravation)

On Oct 8th, 9th, l0th and 11th, he was
sleepless, so that may have been more
aggravation ( and so you used Ezolent)

Ajay, when you have used Ezolent previously do you remember if he said
voices and images stopped or decreased
or any other changes from Ezolent? Bc sometimes those
type of medications often do shut down overactive thoughts,
your mind gets quiet.

Dr. Simone,
Greetings of the day and many thanks for asking from the heart.
When Hyoscyamus 200 aggravated recently, it (Ezolent-1) calm him very much. Aggravations were not subsiding even after anti-doting and homeopath Doctors were advising me to wait. At that time this drug (with olanzapine) helped very much in controlling him; but it didn't stopped hearing of voices (seeing of images is recently development).
He started (again) hearing of voices, after this aggravation of Hyos.
Previously, it was treated with Tuberculinum 1M.
It’s only recently when I started giving him Ezolent-1 again and my son told me that he’s neither hearing any voices nor seeing any images.
Hope it clarifies. You’re specialist and can get better picture from the patient’s words.
Here again I want to salute deep knowledge of Dr. David Kempson who sensed that I may have increase his allopathic dose and therefore he felt the need of further investigation which pathy is giving him relief.

Thanks Ajay- That clarifies that Ezolent did not stop
hearing voices in the past, so one can rule out that
it is not doing it now, and that the remedy is doing it.

Highly grateful to you, Dr. Simone.
