Less precum & Penis Erection problem, Please Help

Hi, I'm 23 years old male and I have a serious problem with precum & Penis Erection.

I have noticed it from last 10 months that my precum volume is decreasing. I have a quite excess masturbation history since I am 19. And I do this everyday sometimes twice in a day.

But now the erection is lost very quickly (with in a minute)and no or very small amount of precum is coming out. It takes a very long time to ejaculate because the erection is lost in every minute and good amount of lubricating precum is not coming out when the erection starts like it came before.

Please doctor reply me with good suggestion.. Help me to solve this problem. I'm waiting for reply.
