Look up the Materia Medica for:

PLUMBUM MET.
OPIUM
NUX VOMICA
COLOCYNTH (specially when there is colic also)
LYCOPODIUM
PODOPHYLLUM (diarrhoea and rectum affected)
ABIES NIGER.
CUPRUM MET.
CARBO VEG.
in addition to
PULSATILA

Identify the individual's symptoms and match with the drug picture thru the MATERIA MEDICA ....for an appropriate selection.

Homeopathy has a lot to offer !!
