premature ejaculation

I am 42 years old. when i was just 13 years old one of my cousins told that one would reach manhood early by frequent masturbation. i believed and followed ever since, though was painful at that age. but time for reaching ejaculation slowly came down in 3 years from 45 minutes to as low as 1 or 2 minutes. to resolve this issue as per one of my friends advice I used to press hard the penis at the top middle of the penis glans and the portion where the corpus spongiosum joins with the glans at the bottom with two fingers. the pressure was too high that it left a permanent dent/deformation where the pressure was applied. it also affected further growth of the penis and now i have premature ejaculation and low libido problem and also when traveled in bike for some distance the penis go numb or would become erect. Also the penis is bent rightwards and becomes erect even if gently rubbed.

then i did jelking ( ie pulling the penis from the root of the shaft to the glans) exercises. it slightly improved the status. then probably because of pull with increased force, the improvement vanished.

i started taking staph 30 (5 pellets/ day) on my own which showed very minor improvement each day in the degree of dent on the penis surface. but i stopped taking staph due to fear of losing libido as stated in the net. now for a month i am using agnus castus-30 (5 pellets/day) it also works. and as result of taking both medicines, a small part of corpus spongiosum becomes visible at the dent portion. some improvement is also seen in ejaculation time but nothing compared to that of a healthy person.

General: I have highly disturbed sleeping, very poor appetite, frequent bowel movement (4 times/ day), stool - little loose, slightly brown in colour, frequent urination especially at night. (i don't have BP, sugar or any other major complaints). great desire for cold drinks, fried items

Character: I am very sensitive for -ve comments thrown at me and would become dumb or respond incoherently if i am ridiculed but would be extremely angry and upset inside, but wont reveal. When encountered with verbal quarrel or when forced to speak in the stage, my breath would become shallow and rapid, the body would start trembling. my fear for darkness is also abnormally high.
