Right lower abdomen pain

Hi I am 23 years old. I am unmarried. From more than 3 years I am having pain on my right lower abdomen. I went to a gynaecologist. He gave me pelvic ultrasound and the result was clear. He didn’t see anything then he told me there is 90% change of endometriosis as my ultrasound is clear but still I am having pain since last two year. Now He suggest me to go for laparoscopy but I don’t want do the surgery. My normal life is stuck. I can’t do anything. Even I can’t go out because of the pain. Life becomes burden for me. So I need suggest from this form.

My symptoms are given below:

· I have pain on my right lower abdomen since last 3 years.
· Before it stays for one or two days but now from last one month the pain is constant.
· For one week the pain was severe and couldn’t move from one room to another.
· The pain goes up if I walk in the cold and before going pee.
· If I walk or move fast the pain goes up.
· When I am sitting or not moving the pain goes down.
· First it’s started paining and after few minutes later I feel like it’s burning.
· Sometimes the pain is like sharp and sometimes I feel something is pinching me inside the abdomen.
· Most of the time I fell the pain.
· My anxiety or stress is getting high as I all the time keep thinking what will happen with me.
· Sometimes I cry without any reason.
· I can’t sleep at night.
· Most of the time in the morning I see wired dreams and suddenly wake up from my sleep.
· Now days I become really sensitive. I get angry in small matter.
· I am also having some family problem that’s why I don’t like to see my family members around me.
· I feel scared to go in front of my family members
· Not feel like to talk to any of my friends and stay alone at home.
· I don’t go out frequently because the pain goes up if I move more.
· I am taking an allopathic medicine since last June to reduce the pain and for this I am not having periods from last two months.
· All the time I feel shivering but I don’t have any fever.
· I feel better in warm.
· I don’t have any allergy but if I take amoxacilin (Antibiotic) I get huge rash.
· My homeopathy doctor suggests me to take Fraxinus Americana and Mentha Peparita but I am not taking those as I want suggest from this forum first.

Please take three doses of Magnesia Carb 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
