Fever, after shower with cold water

Myself 34 years male of 44kg.

In winter, normally, I shower after 3-4 days with lukewarm water. But on Sunday - 03.02.2013, mistakenly, I showered with cold water. As a result, after body ache, I got fever & take paracetamol, but after some relief, fever occur again, Now it is 102.5F.

* Symptoms are: - body ache, extreme thirst, headache, burning eyes & discomfort.

Please suggest permanent homeopathic medicine for the following: -
* This type of fever.
* Cold & cough.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

Please take Rhus Tox 200 in the morning and evening for 3 days and see how that affects.

If this doesn't help take a single dose of Sulphur 200 on 4th day and see how that affects in a week.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

But I read on Internet that the treatment should not be start with (4 particular homeopathic medicines) & Sulphur is one of them.

But this page of internet raises question mark on what other pages of internet says!! There is a classical opinion that chronic treatment should begin with Sulphur and acute treatment should end with Sulphur. These are not hard rules of homeopathy.
