potency for begginers
with which potency and dose should one begin in selfmedication1.for how long and how many doses of 30c one can take?
2.for how long and how many doses of 1m one can take?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You should only prescribe yourself on acute issues. Those are
things, like a cold, a flu, a bee sting, stomach ache, and so on.
For those things, you try a 30c a few hours apart, 3 times.
If there is reaction to any dose stop- let it work. No more
till symptoms come back. If after you tried 3 times and nothing
happens , then try another remedy .
For chronic problems- things that have gone on for awhile,
you get supervision as to what to take, how much, and potency.
You need an experienced person bc it is a different process.
