Need help for viral fever

One of my friend if suffering from viral fever from past 1 week, please can you suggest a good remedy.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Bryonia 30 or Natrum Mur 30 may help if the patient feels hot. Rhus Tox 30 may help if pain are worse during rest and the episode has arisen after sleeping in a air cooled room.
