Dental nerve pain

Hi Can someone please advise.

In 1982 I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed which resulted in some kind of nerve damage. After a bit of a search found a good Homeopath, sadly now deceased who gave me Arnica and Hypericum. Don't know what potency , but it worked and calmed the nerve.

I started treatment last 2013 for TMJ . I wear partial denture upper and lower. The treatment involved making the dentures higher at the back. This resulted on a huge increase in pressure over where the wisdom tooth operation occurred and the old nerve pain has returned.

It is a knawing pain and aches and affects the whole of the Trigeminal nerve at times. There is muscle spasm particularly along the lower mandible where the tooth was extracted and the numbness extends from the extraction along and under the jaw line to the corner of the mouth .Also can get numbness and, spasm and pain along Trigeminal nerve.

The neck on that side also has spasm in posterior cervicals SCm's and Scalenes. Can extend to to shoulder blade and in upper trapezius and over top of upper arm .

Also have sinus problems which is part of the TMj problem . Need to get nerve problem sorted first then i cal deal with tmj.

I can only get hold of Hypericum 30c and Arnica 6c . Is this good enough to treat this or have i got it all wrong ?

Regards

Nick
