Toddler with Eczema - Dr. Zady can you help

There was nothing differently done when his eczema started. It started off as a dry skin and progressively got worse. It became worse one night after I gave him a bath in aveeno eczema body wash for babies soap. He had turned red. He then later in that month had honey like oozing that lasted almost until his 11 months. He had significantly improved when he turned 12 months but it agravates on and off and I just can't seem to find a pattern. I have mailed u the details.

His dob is 9 oct 2012.
history :
2 months : dry skin near eye brow. meds: moisturiser, eucerin, vaceline etc

3months: first sign of eczema . small red rash. continued using moisturiser until 5 months.
5 months: used 1% hydrocortizone ream as there was honey like oozing.

6months: graphite 30c 1 pill - condition aggrevated very high. waited for 15 days. gave sulphur 30c 1 pill.

we did also try ayurevdic for 1 month. But i am not sure what was givn.

Alieum cepa, merc sol, nat mur, bacillium was given in intervals. I havent noted the dates though.

The skin condition was in cycles, it will increase in it s rashes and peel and be fresh as a new baby skin. and it went on in circles.

8 month gave graphite again and it aggrevated again and waited for a month before sulphur was given.

I stopped homeopathy at this point and when he was 9.5 months old i gave him oral steroids as his rashes were not curing.

oral steroids made his skin fresh temporarily but rashes appeared on and off and was cured using hydrosone creams of different strength along with t-bact as there were some infections.

after his firt year it was mostly on his knees, elbows and face.

once when he was 13 months rashes similar to his current condition occured when we travelled and it was hot and we went to a sea side area.

14 - 18 months on and off rashes but he willbe fine when very mild dose of hydrocortize is applied topically.

His rashes on face appears only once in a while and goes when applying hydrocortizone.

He has no other issues. He gets cold, cough and stops eating when hes teething. He has been scratching his head from the day he was born and i hold his hands when he sleeps. The doctors said its due to cradle cap and eczema.

He is a happy child, doesnt cry unless hes really hurt. He used to sleep 14-15 hrs until 1st year and currently sleeps around 12-13 hrs per day.

I couldn't find 6c in the shop.

Yes you can give Arsenic Album 30C

Dissolve 2 drops in 3 tablespoons water, stir a few times and drink. Do this once everyday for 3 days.

I have given him for three days.
His rashes hasn't spread out anywhere, but the one which are there is still present with a wound drying up.

Gave ars alb for 3 more days as suggested.

I have given ars alb for three days. His rashes seem really better. There are some rashes left but he's much better.

He had an allergic cough and sneezing a day back. Gave him alleium cepa, and bryonia. Once and his sneezing and cough stopped.

His itching seem to be there no matter what. He scratches his head when he's sleeping and in half sleep. He keeps asking me to scratch his head. I dont see any flakes on his head though. I am not sure if it's a habit or there is something else. I do give him anti itch zyrtec 5 drops if he can't control his scratch.

His hair is of small length yet there is split ends. I oil his hair 3,times every day with virgin coconut and castor oil.

I am still waiting for the meds to arrive from Helios.

Itching Started as soon as his eczema started. at around 3 months of age. He used to scratch his head mostly when he's hungry and frustrated.

These days the head scratch is mostly around his nap time when he's sleepy and also around his bed time. He scratches his head when he gets up to drink milk in the night, which is around 9pm, 12.30am, 4.30 am. and when he's about to wake up.

I have given DTAP as suggested by Dr.Zady

'DTAP 6C

Dissolve 2 drops in small disposable cup (8oz or less) filled with water, stir a few times and take out 1 teaspoon and give it to him to drink. Throw away rest of the water. Do this twice everyday for 3 days and update me.'

For the first two days he was able to sleep with out much disturbance and sleep for the first time for more than 5/6 hrs at the stretch. The third day it returned to normal 2/3 hrs of sleeping.

Third day, my son got cough due to playing in water- Gave Hepar suplur 30c and stopped meds.

Gave Silicea 30c One dose after that.

_ current Condition:
His wounds from rashes got a lil bit worse and his itching is still there.

Most of his itching seem to be around the time of sleep and hunger/ Frustration times.

He does have cold( some noise in his nose when he sleeps) and also when he sneezes phlegm comes out.

He seem to be gaining weight.

Dr. Zady let me know how you want me to proceed.

What's the dosage for dtap dr

Is it 2 drops in 3 tbsp for 2 a day.

My Son's itching has increased a little more after the Dtap 6c dosage yesterday.

Is it normal?

Hello Dr,
I have given dtap for 5 days.
His itching has reduced a lot. His rashes have reduced. He has got only 3,spots left. He is able to sleep for 5 hrs in one stretch and wakes up 3,hrs after.

His food intake is good too.
What you want me to continue with?

Dtap 6 c given for one week.
No allopathy medicines given for help with his itching.

Applied once lycor for rashes in face. These were new rashes and slowly started to aggravate during the day.

No new food introduced.

His old rashes have all healed. New rashes have also healed.

He still itches in old rash spots and head sometimes.

He seems to be eating less than usual. There is no improvement in his weight.

He was sleeping 5 hrs stretch but now he wakes up again in 4 hrs for milk. He tends to be more clingy but only to me.if I am not around he seems fine.

Dr. There seems a sudden surge of rashes on his face on both the sides of his cheek. From his chin to the temple. He keeps scratching them.

How do I treat them.
