desperate young person,need help with panic attacks Page 3 of 3

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Just want to say, people do Not have any idea of what you are going thru,
unless they take a walk in your shoes. Of course, you would not wish
that on anyone, but they just do not understand because they have not
experienced it.

They mix up thinking panic attacks are similar to anxiety etc and they
want you 'snap out of it' or judge in other ways.

Not a good idea to listen to the 'advice or judgement ' of someone who
does not understand this. They need to read up on how this is an automatic
body response that takes over at times till you are well. Most people when
they feel they are going to have a panic attack, just want the other person to
be calm,give them a hug or rub their back, tell them it is going to be ok,
and help them sit down or get into a quiet area where you can calm down better.
You can communicate to the person what you need before hand and then
expect them to do that. If they don't want to do any of that, it is going to put
more stress on you, make things worse bc you will be trying to hide what
is going on.

If you are with someone who has had a panic attack they know what you need.
If you are with someone who understands what is going on and is calm
and soothing, things will go back to normal very quickly after an incident.

thanks simone. i think u are totally right. only someone that have faced panic attacks can fully understand the situation. but my bf tries to help me everyday, he is trying to understand me and he really helps me being calm. as our relationship is going through it gets better and better:)

now these are the results now
1 )the continuous stress:better 100%
2)the palpitations:better 100%
3)the negative thoughts:better 100%(only sometimrs at nights i have some abnormal thoughts )
4)the fear of getting crazy:better 100%
5)the panic attacks:better 70% (they're a lot better but sometimes at night i feel a little stressed when I am outside and have some symptoms but i can handle them i think, )
6)the fear of open spaces and night:better 50%

Waiting and watching has been beneficial. For the moment I want you to keep doing that and reporting in weekly, until either we are getting no further progress, or there is a relapse in one or more symptoms.

well i broke up again with my relationship.i think there is not a chance to be again together.but the problem noq wasnt the panic attacks.he lost his faith and trust in me.he thinks that i was acting to be in love and he thinks i am someone who sleeps with everyone.anyway i cant do something to change his opinion because he doesnt trust me anymore.i really love him and he loves me but we cant do anything now.i try to make myself feel better and dont fall in depression.we have done so much progress with the homeopathy i cant let myself break again. :)

Love is hard. I suppose it is meant to be - what makes it worth it is building a strong bond with someone, and being able to rely on them to be there through the difficult stuff as well as the fun stuff.

Just remember to look after yourself, and to be kind to yourself.

love is hard but it doesnt dies easily.finally we are back together and better than before.i cant believe all the things that happened recently.its the first time i experience such a strong love and passion in a relationship.out bond is becoming stronger day per day and nothing can break it ,we surpass every obstacle :) .
Anyway i think that in the terms of the homeopathy the effects are not as strong as they were in panic attacks.i can easily be in a panic situation again.and sometimes i have negative thoughts during the night again.why is this happening?what we can do then?

the last days i feel much worse, not generally but in panic attacks. I'm afraid go outside at nights because im afraid i will have panic attack.i think its like an agoraphobia, i think when I'm out at night (sometimes in day too )i will fall from a panic attack or i think that im shaking I'm afraid of the open space ,i can't wait to pass the road when the lights are red. I'm impatient and want to be in narrow streets with little people and get back to home

Repeat the remedy immediately. Hit the bottle 10 times and take a single dose. Let me know what happens in the next few days.

I would also like you to get hold of Arg-nit 200c in case we need to move to that potency.

ok,i took the single dose of 30c yesterday and i bought a bottle of 200c potency if we need it in the next days.

1week passed from the day i took the dose ,i think i feel better these days.i dont have so much fear when i am outside,i think its 30-40% better than before,

Did you aggravate on the dose at all? Any worsening of any symptoms?

Can you list all your symptoms and give me the percentage improvement for each one (compared to how you were before you took the remedy)?

yeah i aggravated and i took lexotanil for 2days because i was feeling aweful. and the symptomps worsened .now i am better.

stress:better 50%
stress and feeling that i will have a panic attack when i am out at nights and in open spaces:better 30%
palpitations:better 90%

so i am feeling better ,but i still have a hard time when i have to go in open spaced at nights even for just a walk with friends.i feel that the whole world is going to collapse i dont know.i feel that i will have a panic attack and i will fade out

We need to adjust the dosage then as well, for future doses. Aggravation does imply that 30c is still the potency we need to stick with for the moment.

The agoraphobia has actually been the one symptom that has resisted the remedy, strangely even when almost everything else is submitting to it.

How many drops are using, how much water are you putting the drops into, and how many teaspoons are you taking out of the water?

I didn't have a dropper to put drops in the water so i put with the front part of the spoon a little remedy in 100ml water ,then i took 2teaspoons out of the water-remedy mix to drink it .do u? think we will succeed to vanish the agoraphobia symptoms??

You are probably putting in more than a few drops then, so the dose is too large. Any chance you can track down a dropper?

Yes I believe the agoraphobia will be cured once we get to the correct potency.

I'll try to find a dropper ,and when we will try another dose? do u think we should use the same potency?

For the moment yes. Once I feel we have got the size of the dose right, then we can look at whether the potency also needs to be changed.
