Urinary incontinence after pregnancy

I am very much in need of help from members of this forum. After my second baby, I had experience urge incontinence. I had frequent urination and had a hard time waiting for the bathroom. My overall bladder health has been weakened. Please help me in finding a rememdy, as this condition affect my lifestyle. Thank you.

Before we get to the remedies, how is your overall physical tone.

Have you tried kegels.

Are you eating a balanced diet and able to walk 15-20 minutes a day at least.
