Insomnia, schizophrenia and child abuse

Hi, I have seen a 26 y old female patient suffering from chronic insomnia. She told me she was abused durinf her sleep when she was 3, maybe by babysitters ( maybe by parents?). Since then, she fears the awaking and therefore it keeps her from falling asleep. Physical and verbal from alcoohlic mother.Patient describes her mother as bi-polar. Father passive. Father lost his twin sister ( schizophrenic - comitted suicide at 27 y of age). Patient believes she is maybe replacing the lost sister in her father'life. Patient is paranoiac : she thiks everybody is rejecting her, her parents spy on her, everyone can see her guilt on her face. Has a great fear of being insane. Thinks her parents fear she is insane. Has had suicidal tendencies, panick attacks with shaking of body and diarrhea. Feels as if 'auto-hyptnotized', not in the reality because of lack of sleep. Has pains in her jaws, as if jaws won't open ( cannot eat properly, grimaces), she fears as if something has been forced into mouth ( maybe during child abuse episode)I gave her 1 dose of Arnica 30 CH, and I am orientating my choice to Thuya, Stramonium, Nux Vomica, Lachesis, Staphysagria. What do you think?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
