Tenderness/pain around the liver area (Dr. Joe De Livera)

I am 32 years old male suffering from tenderness and pain around the liver area along with
1-very itchy skin
2-Fatigue.
3-Weakness.
4-Loss of appetite.
5-severe constipation

I am using Lycopodium 200 which is giving me little relief but still i am suffering from above conditions. Please suggest.
