hi mr.joe

i read your remedies in this forum for hyperacidity . i started talking 2 pills of nat phos 6x after meals from last 2 days.my problem is i started morning walk and jogging from last one month but in the morning burning and pain is very much there so can i take nat phos empty stomach in the morning.and another thing is this medicine is giving me relief immediatly but pain and burning start to appear 2 hours after taking medicine .so what is the better idea to increase number of pills or take 2 pills after 2 or 3 hours.Another question is can i use mineral water bottle instead of spring water for arnica wet dose.

Hi- Joe is not on the forum everyday.

Nat phos 6x is a cell salt that is known to reduce acidity.

You can take it morning, empty stomach and before or
after a meal.

Try to increase the number of tablets to 4 and take it
3 times a day and see if that helps. You also need to
check your diet. Stop eating acidic foods like chocolate,
and tomatoes and vinegar type things. Do not eat late
at night.

You can also have a cup of natural yogurt once or twice
a day bc that helps increase the good bacteria/flora in
the gut to digest everything.

Joe also has his own site www.joedelivera.com where you
can ask questions and he is on that site everyday.

I am pretty sure he does not want mineral water used-

If you try this, adjust your diet and things still do not
get better, come back on the forum and have someone
take your case with all the individual details to get
a different prescription.
