Suffering from Premature Ejaculation

Hi,
I an 26 year old and my height is appprox 6 feet and my weight is 82 kg. I am suffering from premature ejaculation I ejaculate within 30 second.I started sex at my age of 20 and my problem starts from day one.
in the age of 15-16 i started masterbating and i also take some medicine PREPTIN and DEXONA for gaining weight for a month or two. i ejaculate within 30 seconds and if i am having sex with another partner sometime i ejaculate before intercourse.i have taken too much mecines like homeopathy,ayurvedic and allopathic in allopathicmedine i remember 1 medicine name PARICR 25. but my problem is not cured and also i am not taking medicines complete course.due to which i feel my erection effects.my sleeping routine is not good i sleep 7-8 hr but i sleep late night. my eye is weak and i am allergic to winter season.in winter when i contacted in any kind of heat like closed room,sun exposure my whole body skin ithes and some red small pathes appear but when i contacted in cold ithiness and pathes gone. i urinate frequently but my all reports are normal. my diet is good but diet time is bad. 2-3 yrs before i suffered from dengue and chickengunia.my weight is 82 kgs but i am feeling tired my leg pains too much daily.in the age of 17-18 i suffered from juandice. i smoke occasionaly two or three times a week i drink alkohol also 2-3 times a week. my thirst is average.
so basically this is my history. please anyone help me to cure my premature ejaculation problem. thanks

take Calcarea Carb 200, 3 drops in a tablespoon water, 2 times a day, for 3 days, dnt eat or drink anything 30 minutes b4 and after medicine,

report how you felt after 15 days of stopping the course,
avoid alcohol and smoking,
