Buttocks rash, low grade vaginal candid/yeast and can't wake easily in morning

Hi! Thanks for this forum! Hope to have some help
1) buttocks rash since 2007 when first trained for marathon (remains even
if not run
regularly)
2) low grade vag itch-yeast/candide
3) very difficult to wake in morning-head/eyes tired/hurt/sometimes
swollen and
don't want to open-on remedy seems to be a little better but having trouble going to bed early enough to wake up early.
4) sensitive to light, wheat nd some other foods and alcohol and coffee
5) acne on chin
6) been clearing anger and jealousy I didn't know was there-some picked
up from
others, some from own-not a dominant perspective-isolated.
7) worry/fear
8) lachesis descriptions are very on point except I'm not mean. I'm
actually in a
healing profession and love to help people-am spiritual. Had hard time
saying no but better
Strong empath.
9) facial hair-lip and chin developed in last 10 years.
10) age 38, single, like to do yoga, exeecise and meditate15) developed tinnitus 13 years ago... comes and goes and doesn't bother me

11) been caring for my 12 year old dog and it got stressful this summer
12) periods heavy and 3-4 days, left ovary pain, cramps fia
before
13) crave salt, chocolate and kale
14) lots of ear aches when baby
15) developed tinnitus 13 years ago. It comes and goes and doesn't bother me

17) in energy world, I have liver chi stagnation
18) hard time going to bed early enough to get up at 5-6 am, weird Dreams and
sometimes nightmares
19) addicted to checking email...need to stop that.
20) hard to keep in a committed self care routine. Want to wake each
morning a yoga-run-meditate and dog walk And start day.

Got a remedy from homeopath but he won't say want it was-a month ago.
Felt energy
around heart center...felt a buzz. One dose. Some skin seems
improving-acne better
but buttocks rash and candida remain.
I took 30c sulphur for 4 days starting a week ago Friday (5 pellets under
tongue 3
times a day)--it was on description, intuition and came up strong when I
took quiz.
I felt strong feeling in chest and it seemed my skin was improving and
anger too.
Hands and feet very cold. Candida got worse. Felt inflamed in back, neck
and arms. Got better after a few days.
-then found lachesis and took one day between remedies with nothing.
Started 6c
lachesis wed night-3 times day-5 pellets.
-don't feel the strong heart center feeling but do feel it's doing
something.
Am I taking right amount? How long do I take it and when to see symptoms
better? Rash may be getting better-not sure. I also took 5 pellets of phosphorous 30 twice over weekend. Is
there another remedy I should take?

For what its worth since dogs and owners share energy, she has reflux
issue we are
trying to stop because had lar par tie back surgery (she had larengeal
paralysis and
needed to tie back one side to breath but made her more risky for aspirate
pneumonia-which she got and now healing)...on phosphorous 30c in liquid-has been improving with it
and homeopath just added lachesis at night for her. He didn't know I was on it. Gave it to her sat and sun and it has brought on night reflux-not sure if this is temporary worse before better and am waiting for her homeopath advice on it. Thanks so much!!!

Oh sure! Thanks! I was aiming for being thorough in my post. What questions am I missing?
Or do you mean the online Remedy Finder quiz? I completed it last week but lost the results...didn't have log in yet.
Just let me know. I'm new. Thank you!!

Ok, here goes the intricate details of my life story! Ha..
Thanks again for your help.

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experience and happenings.

a. Describe your main suffering? State the correct location.
buttocks rash since 2007 when first trained for marathon (remains even if not run
regularly)

b. very difficult to wake in morning-head/eyes tired/hurt/sometimes
swollen and don't want to open-on remedy seems to be a little better but having trouble going to bed early enough to wake up early. Lachesis description fits me well on this and many other issues.

c low grade vag itch-yeast/candide

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
sensitive to light, wheat and some other foods and alcohol and coffee; acne on chin; facial hair-lip and chin developed in last 10 year (it’s pretty light, yet not there before 30s); periods heavy and 3-4 days, left ovary pain, emotional day before and cramps first day, developed tinnitus 13 years ago. It comes and goes and doesn't bother me; have had fatigue aside from morning off and on all year; chin acne.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings? Embarrassed and ashamed of rash, sad in morning and feel regretful and upset that I didn’t get up to run early like I want to do; frustrated that I can’t get up and do a fun routine and hard to get up to take dog out-she’s what gets me up; often times I’m better after I force myself but it takes a while; feel dread in mornings even though my life is great now; annoyed by candide some times but not always feel it.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst? Describe the sensation in your own words.
)been clearing anger and jealousy I didn't know was there-some picked up from others, some from own-not a dominant perspective-isolated, yet I need to clear it. It seems better since lachesis and using my own tools. I was working on a visceral anger reaction to unfairness or people who tried to harm me or someone I care about. And stupidity and people who waste my time. Hurried and impatient sometimes. This is all isolated and not dominant. Im actually the opposite in many other situations-patient, understanding, compassionate with friends and clients. It’s more like out in the world when these things happen.
worry/fear/anxiety has creeped in as a caretaker this year and around my business. Self-consciousness around cameras when public speaking. I can also feel sad/lots of grief and cry when I’m totally at my worst and then mixed in with anger at the whole situation. I used to supress anger and my needs and then get angry that I was angry. Hopelessness has also crept in.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease? buttocks rash since 2007 when first trained for marathon (remains even if not run regularly); this is the same time I had bad yeast infections and went on strict diet to clear it. Tinnitus started in 2001.

6. Which time of the day you are worst? Morning; yet rash I may feel flare up anytime, even during day.

7. What are the things that aggravate your suffering and those that ameliorate the same? Example: time, temperature, pressure, rubbing, washing, eating, tight clothing etc.
I think eating aggravates the rash and candide. Not sure what else.

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather? I like to run when it’s cooler outside because after a mile, I’m sweaty even in cold weather; I like the heat if I can go swimming after getting warm. I think I prefer moderate spring like and fall like temps overall but I also love the snow. I don’t tolerate cold super well unless running. I cold easily at home and will curl up with blankets.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? I love storms; my dog is fearful during them so I’m often tending to her, but I think they are pretty. I like to watch them.

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? Sometimes. I like to talk it out. I think I have a hard time receiving consolation and help-feel bad, guilty for taking from someone. I often will want to be alone yet not want to be alone. I’m mixed.

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? YES.

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
Weeping, talking to one self etc? nail biting….since 5th grade when I changed schools-it may have been before that but the teacher noticed. I have managed to kick it except for my thumbs and sometimes my left first finger. Chewing inside of my mouth-not as much as used to do but still sometimes.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife? I have wonderful friends and feel so grateful for that. I am close to some in my family, have healed and neutralized around the difficult ones. I’m single and would love to meet my soul mate. I’m ok and happy and believe in divine timing on that, for the most part. Mostly, I would rather be alone than with the wrong person so I’m patient.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly? I try to clear my fears as they surface-this what I do for others for a living. Recently I’ve been working on fear of how I’m perceived by others; self-consciousness; fear of not having enough and being left out. With my dog going through some physical struggles, I have been worrying that I wont hold the space for her in the best way and want to be a good caregiver/guardian of her. Fear of betrayal/being able to trust others-being able to be completely me w/o repercussions. Fear of not being stable.I have cleared fear of abandonment and abandoning others.

12. What do you crave in food items and what are your aversions? Sea Salt, Chocolate, love cheese and kale. Love fruit. I get tired if too much wheat or carbs. Yet, if I only have veggies and meat, I want a carb too.
Coffee: My body doesn't deal well with it, especially if I drink i without food-heart palpiations, anxiousness, and general raised level in nervous system.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive? Lately thirsty.

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? Pretty normal. I am a grazer.

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand? I do not like brussel sprouts, super hot/spicey, or parsnips or summer squash (I do like butternut squash); don’t care for baked lamb or cheese cake. Don’t usually like to mix salt and sweet together—like sweet and sour or pineapples on pizza. But; Do like choco peanuts!

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs? I think so, though I sweat a lot when work out. I don’t know if more one area of body…it’s everywhere, maybe trunk more? Not sure.

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type? Fast and normal-within 45 mins of eating, several a day.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping? I have lots of dreams and some nightmares. I typically sleep pretty easily and deep and can sleep anywhere. I’ve been waking up with a dog that has acid reflux and aspiration so that’s messing up sleep and stressful.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general? Could be better but ok.

20. Do you have any strange, peculiar or unusual symptom or feelings? How are you different from others? I am definitely an empath and gifted at reading people-pick up feelings, can see their best and their light and help people make significant changes physically, emotionally, mentally, etc. I feel other’s emotions; have learned how to ground and separate them from me but boundaries have not come naturally.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication? Years ago, I took benzel peroxide-rubbed I on buttocks and it went away. Would like to clear it at the root. I drink Raw Food Powder by New Chapter and Green Vibrance every morning for veggies and probiotics and this helps with exhaustion. (started this some months ago)
I took 30c sulphur for 4 days recently (5 pellets under
tongue 3 times a day)--it was on description, intuition and came up strong when I
took quiz. I felt strong feeling in chest and it seemed my skin was improving and anger too.
Hands and feet very cold. Candida got worse. Felt inflamed in back, neck
and arms. Got better after a few days. -then found lachesis and took one day between remedies with nothing. Started 6c lachesis a week ago wed night-3 times day-5 pellets (one pellet now 3 times a day) I took phosphorus once two days in a row recently. I feel like the homeopathy is doing something positive inside me. Still rash, but candide seems to be leaving.

22. What major diseases are running in your family? Heart conditions, uncle had brain (not allowed to say it), great aunt died in 90s of (not allowed to say it). Overall pretty healthy

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance. Blue eyes, fair skin, blondish/red-tint/light brown hair; 5’4-about 127, strong but short legs.

(For Females)
24. If your menstrual cycles are not normal, please describe the irregularities, like pains, moods, flow type, periods heavy and 3-4 days (used to be long and cramps unbearable when in high school), clots etc. left ovary pain, emotional day before and cramps first day,

25. What major diseases have you had in your life and when. Please write them in a chronological manner.
-18 mos tubes in ears after many ear aches, continued till high school every year; then sinus stuff developed-would wake with phlegm in mornings-sometimes still do but not as bad
-5 years old broke arm (think it was left)
-had pre-(can't say) cervix removed-leep procedure
-have had pre-(can't say) spots on chest removed
-was allergic to dust mites and had severe wheat intolerance that I overcame-both.
-overcame food sensitivities
-exercised induced asthma in 20s
- have gotten sinus/bronchitis cold every year for last 3 years around
jan. 1
-had bad back issues and neck issues-and pain down arms 2001-2005; had whiplash 3 times prior to that..
-fell down stairs in 2002; hurt right hip; then had chronic pain; cleared that; sometimes surfaces when stressed or moving in wrong direction in my life

Forgot to incorporate this in there..on habits and other info:
- in energy world, I have liver chi stagnation
-hard time going to bed early enough to get up at 5-6 am, weird Dreams and
sometimes nightmares
- addicted to checking email...need to stop that.
-hard to keep in a committed self care routine. Want to wake each
morning a yoga-run-meditate and dog walk And start day.
I do care for myself; just not at the same time and not when I wake up like I want; consistency and stability not easy.
THANKS!

Also at worst, hard to forgive myself and take blame even when not my fault; habit of jumping to thinking of what I did wrong, hard to let go of past, used to hold grudges against self and others...

Your remedy seems to be MERC SOL 30C to be taken once every 6 hours for two days only.

Once you see your response in the next 7 days, you may come back here to share notes. For complete cure, the dosing pattern will have to be finalized. Since, this is a skin related symptom, a temporary flaring (aggravation) of symptoms can be observed.

Take the doses in empty stomach and clean mouth. Don't take any food or water one hour before or after taking food.

One dose would be 3 drops of Merc sol in some 10 ml of water sipped up slowly.

rishimba last decade
Thanks a bunch!

Does it have to be drop form? I believe I can get it in pellets very easily. Drop form have to order online-it's not available thru this site. If pellet form ok, how to take?

Runnerla last decade
Take the pellet form instead. One dose would be 2 or 3 pellets kept and dissolved under the tongue. Don't crush or bite or swallow the pellets. They have to dissolve gradually and get absorbed in the mouth itself.

Hi! Thx for clarifying. I took the remedy Wed morning at 10 am thru Saturday at 4 am for full 48 hour period as advised-every 6 hours.
Rash still there and waiting till Wed to see if disappears.
Yesterday I was exhausted and had to keep moving due to commitments.
Went to sleep 8:40 pm and woke up a few times briefly but mostly slept hard till 6 am. Did yoga after walking and feeding pup and feel asleep 1.5 to 2 more hours. Is it normal to be super tired? Body healing itself need sleep?

Runnerla last decade
Is it the first time you are feeling like this?

Do you think your quality of sleep has improved?

Please wait and watch yourself for the next few days and share with me. You should be feeling a sense of well being once the initial healing crisis is over.

Since skin eruptions are but an external manifestation of some irregularity in your system, they will be there for some days. Once your system is set right, you will have no more abnormal eruptions.

Thanks! I meant i started thurs morning, actually. Yes, I think the quality of my sleep is better and I was happy to go to bed early instead of being restless and staying up till 11. I actually felt awake not long after i woke up so that was better. IT was still a little struggle to wake up even after 9-10 hours. I woke up a few times but went back to sleep easily.
I have been tired before after waking up but this morning I had plenty of sleep last night.

I will continue to see how things go. Thanks.

How long is crisis? Definitely emotional-sad and some anger-emotional fatigue too. Need lots of sleep-maybe depressed. Clearing some old mind patterns/limiting beliefs from situations when younger.

It seems rash is better in morning and then worse during day. Prob linked to food yet my diet is pretty healthy. It looks better this morning-still there. Some Acne on chin has been back last several days.

Added goat milk to diet Sunday evening and had cup before bed last night. Slept well. Eyes blood shot this morning. Super tired despite lots of sleep. Weird dream I was hanging on to back of vehicle while it was moving-someone else was as well. We were standing on bumper/ledge and holding on to a rope like thing to stay on.

I also found this remedy as an idea for this issue: Rhus Toxicodendron / Rhus Tox / Rhus-t

Not going to take anything else till told. Wed night will be one week since did the merc sol remedy.

Thanks.

Noted.

If you feel there's a change in your energy levels after taking the remedy, do let me know. I will put you on a sustained dose for a week to see if it worked on the rashes.

Dreams are usual after taking homeopathic remedies.

Can you tell me exactly, what makes the rash and itch worse and what makes it better? Just in case you missed it as your answer to this question was not conclusive.

rishimba last decade
Which remedy? Merc sol...meaning if my energy level is improved by tomorrow evening (will be a week), we would keep taking it to clear rash?

I don't know what makes it worse Other it's worse during the day. And I eat during the day. I think it flares up with whatever I eat and also I notice yeast itch more too. Sugar prob makes it worse but I don't eat lots of that. Try to avoid refined sugar all together. Maybe it's candid die off happening?

Runnerla last decade
Yes, after taking Merc Sol, did you feel any change in your energy level?

I am trying to know if there was an initial response to the remedy.

Since skin eruptions are just external manifestations of some internal disturbances in the system, this initial response would tell us if a sustained dosage of Merc Sol would help clear the rashes.

rishimba last decade
I'm sleeping better. But I'm more exhausted and emotional and need more sleep. So I'm not sure if this is the reaction you mean. I have gone to bed earlier, which is what I want and then woken up at around 4 and gone back to sleep bcs 4 seems too early! And then I want to sleep a lot more.I do want to wake and be refreshed at 5:30/6 and asleep early.

Hi! Could we add ignatia? It seems on point when I read about it...for emotional and rash.
Could we do this with merc sol alternating or try ignatia?
Thx

Plus it seems closer to me description-I'm very perceptive and quick and it seems lately mood shifts too quickly. Been clearing lots of grief/anger and worry...ugh..
React strong to coffee. It's the most adverse of all...and I bite inside of cheeks. Throat feels hard to swallow sometimes and plenty of saliva-need to swallow.

Runnerla last decade
My face skin improved more on sulfur and lachesis than on merc sol...I think.

Runnerla last decade
If you think Merc Sol is not doing anything to the rashes, you can stop it.

I wouldn't suggest alternating remedies. You can take a few doses of Ignatia 30C once in 4 to 6 hours for 2 days maximum and then stop. Ignatia will definitely help you sleep better but this may not work on your rashes.

I agree you are close of Lachesis in your general symptoms.

rishimba last decade
Thanks. Thought I saw rash with that one.

Feeling more energy and balanced today. Also, I forgot to mention a couple of red spots showed up on chest. Going to see if they go away before checking. This was after taking merc sol.

focusing on rash, should I try Merc sol again on the dose ok for a week or try lachesis? For lachesis, I only did 6c three times a day for a week...switched to 2 times towards end. Don't know about rash.,..face acne seemed better.

Or do I give ignatia a try?
Thanks!

Runnerla last decade
Ignatia is not a deep acting remedy compared to Lachesis. In my opinion your general symptoms are closer to Lachesis.

Better to try out Ignatia first if at all you feel. Although this is not my prescription.

Focusing on your rashes, I suggested Merc Sol assuming it is worse on perspiring parts during the marathon. I don't have any other clue as to the modalities of it.

rishimba last decade
Ok thanks!
I think it's more linked to food than prespiration...it flares up when I'm not running. I ate more carbs when I first trained for marathon and developed yeast/candida issue.

Would this move the remedy closer to lachesis. If so, how much should I take and for how long and then how much for tapering and how long? I only did 6c for one week...3 times a day and it didn't go away. Prob need 30c? So I do every 6 hours for two days like you said merc sol? Thanks!

Or: What about this one? Lastly, rhus tox is used best by individuals with a skin rash that includes small, red, extremely itchy blisters. (I copy pasted)
