pre-diabetes

Hi, i have been diagnosed as pre diabetic & request help in treating the condition.

I also had v high cholesterol & tryglycerides-350+ which has come down to 176 with 5 drops of cratageus c in water for 5 days. hope this will help others with high cholesterol.

symptoms are hypoglycemia if i dont eat on time, fatigue( have always been very energetic)sleeplessnes(could be due to menopause too)very dry hair n skin.
