Ok, great result so far! I would repeat the Medorrhinum first, and then we can see if we need to look at an acute remedy for teething.

Only one remedy at a time, and if Medhorrhinum is still indicated it will help all his problems.
However, if not we will look at the symptoms as they are and prescribe a new remedy. Let me know after a day how things have gone.

Hi Evocationer,
I giae him Medorrhinum yesterday in the morning.
He waked up with the nose running with secretion like egg-white, yellowish-green.
Also the eyes were foul of gold-cream secretions.
During the day he cough for some times.
He breathed difficult through the mouth. He has intense salivation. His voice is a little hoarse.
Although he was happy during the day and he had a good appetite.
This night he cried a few times and he is tossing a lot in the bed. The nose looks like he is more congested than blocked with secretions. He breathed difficult through the mouth.
He is a little beat more hot than usual. His skin is all warm and dry.
He is thirsty too.
His balls and anus are very red. The eczema looks the same.

What should I do if the cold it's getting worse. ( fever, cough more). I don't think will happen that, but the weekend will come and if I you will not be online I want to have a back-up plan.

You can follow his previous instructions.
If you have obtained pillules or pellets, you will need a small bottle and a dropper to make your own liquid dose. Mix water and alcohol into this small bottle to the ratio of 5:1. Dissolve 3 pillules/pellets into this bottle. All doses will be made from this bottle.
If you already have a liquid dose just start from step 1.
1. Hit the bottle 5 times firmly against the palm of the hand
2. Place 3 drops into 100mls of clean fresh water
3. Stir very thoroughly
4. Take 2 teaspoons out into the mouth and hold for 20 seconds, then swallow.

I have some more question.
For an acute problem, how many doses should he take and at what interval?
Should I wait to see how he feels today and gave him nat-phos only if his state it's getting worse?
I am wondering if this remedy will affect the action of the medorrhinum and I should give him only if it's really necessary?

Hi- You asked, What should I do if he gets worse and E is not on the forum.
So if he gets worse, you be the judge and then give him a dose of
Nat Phos 30. You watch and see if it helps- if it does then you
wait until he relapses and then give another dose. If nothing happens
you can give another dose after 4 hours- and again, watch and see
if there is improvement -do not dose again unless he goes backwards.
If nothing gets better you can try one more dose- but if it does nothing
than it is the wrong acute remedy and another must be chosen.
This is what I do. Evocationer may do it differently.
If you feel the child needs it due to getting worse, go ahead.
Evocationer will handle things based on how he is after he is better. ( And if he aggravates after a dose you stop-
and watch, bc if the remedy is right, he will then be better
after a bit- then you wait again for a relapse before another dose)

I would only give him a new remedy if you feel he is getting worse and intervention is necessary. I know that as his mother you might want to act sooner rather than later - try to wait but ONLY if it is safe to do so.
If you decide to give him the Nat-phos 30c, give him 3 doses, spaced 4 hours apart. Stop if any dose appears to cause an aggravation. Use the instructions for making the dose as Simone has given.
I will be checking the forum over the weekend to see how he is going.

He waked up now coughing. He is not looking good. He has deep purple circles around the eyes. He is happy but his face look sick. Under his right eyes looks like his was injured.

We can't find nat-phos 30ch. I have 9ch and 15ch at home. Witch can i use-it?

Have found nat-phos 30ch. Still don't no what to do. I'am worry about his cough. During his morning nap he cough more. But he was able to breath a little bit trough his nose. I guess that from inhaling the air the secretions from the nose goes trough the throat.
The circle around his right eyes also worries me.
But I am determined to wait and give him the dose of nat-phos only if his cough will get worse than now.

No if he looks that sick, it is time to give him an acute remedy.

I gave him two dose so far. No change of the nose secretions, nose still blocked.
The neck eczema who was not so red in the morning, now it is.
He has difficulties in falling to sleep. He can not sleep only in my arms. If I put him down he wakes up.

Worse only mental, I guess. He cried allot this evening and he could not sleep, only in my arms. But he calm down in the end and he manage to sleep even he is breathing only through the mouth.
And also the eczema. Before he took nat-phos the eczema was pale-rose and in the evening was intense red.

I think the main thing here is stop the mouth
breathing and unblock the nose.
What is the color and consistency of the mucous?
What is going on with the tonsils ( don't have time

He begin to cough now. It 3 clock in the morningmornig here. I think it went down to the chest from what it sounds.
The secretions are like egg white and greenish. The tonsils are enlarge, but clear. He also have intense salivation and purple rings around the eyes. The right eyes looks much worse.
