diabetes with constipation.

I am 56 years old male. I am diabatic since 6 months .after taking glucomet.5 daily my fasting sugar110 and pp sugar 130 and having constipation .during day I feel sleepy and having back pain after sitting.pl suggest me homeopathic medicine.
