enlarged liver and spleen with anemia and jaundice

My name is kamrul,
I'm male in gender,
I'm 25 years old.
height 5 ft 10 Inc

weigh 64 KG
I'm unmarried.
I'm from Bangladesh.

my main problem is the amount of serum bilirubin is more than normal and that is 5-7 unit,anemia is present in my body but never I need to take blood externally.
my eyes are light yellow and skin is pale/yellowish.

When I was 2 month in age then I was seriously caught by cold and I couldn't cry even I couldn't make any sound by voice.
some how after a long time my problem was disappeared.
but after a long time when I was 5 years old then I was attacked by jaundice seriously.


no I don't have any mental pressure that's why I feel this physical problems.

In the afternoon I feel my problem worst.

when my sleep is less and when I do any physical work then I feel very bad and urine becomes yellow, sometimes coffee colors.

No I don't think that my suffering have any relations to other.

I like dry weather, I like to stay alone. I can't clam in my worst time, I become very excited.

yeah I'm sensitive to New situation,and excited to a new environment.
I don't have any bad habit but till 13 years ago maximum night I urinate on my bed from my childhood.

sometimes I dream to fly like bird without any support.

No there is no any Food item that crave me or adverse me.

my thirst is excessive and my hunger is normal.

I think there is no any Food that increases my problem without fatty meat like beef.

my sweet is normal.my stool is yellowish in color and normal in type.

yes I have a posture in sleeping time, I sleep on right shoulder posturing.

I think I will not able to satisfy my sexual activitiy.

I can't intimate with my friends properly, I like to stay alone.

** Now I'm taking(20 days) homeopathic medicine according to a local homeo doctor.

2. Ceanothous Q.
3. cholestrinum powder.

before I taken (3 month
1.Chelidonium Q,
2. Lycopodium,
Ikteron (HR2)
and Nat sulp.

But no results.

still now I'm studying, MS in physics.
all of my family members are physicaly well without me.

I don't take any alcohol or smoking.

#my ultrasound report is hepatomild spleenomegaly.

#liver biopsy report is fatty liver tissue.

#all time my serum bilirubin is more than 5 -8 unit and anemia.

# RBC life span test results is 72-77 days whereas normal RBC life span is 120 days.

#my eye is light yellow and skin is yellowish.

#my stool color is yellow and my urine color is not normal.

#Food taste is normal.

please help me by suggesting medicine..,...
