Chronic Adenoid Vegetation

Hello Sir,
My daughter(12) has adenoid for more than 2 years and having no symptoms of cold or tonsils. She just has enlarged adenoid which is blocking the air passage.Doctors advised to remove it but I believe on Homeopathy. Please suggest some remedy.
