Dear Mr. Khan,

I am under the remedies you have suggested. The frequent urination problem seems to have solved to a tolerable extent, till now. However, I am experiencing a constant pain in the right perineum area since yesterday mostly when I sit on chair.

Do you think this is because of the cyst? Or is it because of something else such as prostatitis? Am I going to recover? I feel a little upset at times!

Hi,

This pain happens at times for 2-4 hours, mostly during the daytime. It is a sort of needle pricking in the area around right perineum. Bowel movement at times relief the symptom. It happens mostly when I sit on the chair.

By creator's grace the frequent urination problem has resolved to a certain extent.

State of mind- I am worried about when I will be cured. The pain frustrates me when occurs.

Remedies and status:

13th July- Had one does of Lycopdium 200c in the evening and immediately felt good
14th July- Started taking Burberis Vulgaris 1X 11 drops from the night.
15th July- Frequent urination at day time and became ok since afternoon, continued with Burberis in the morning and night. Slight pain at night and had a Nicip Plus as I woke up at night for urination.
16th July- Continued with Burberis in the morning and night, and no problem for the whole day, while had to wake up in night and within two hours of Bureberis, I had taken Ruta 200C, one does.
17th July- Had last dose of Bureberis in the morning. However, frequent urination started with pain and had taken Ruta 200C within two hours of Burberis. Then had Lycopdium 200c at night.
18th July- No medicine for whole day and slight discomfort around perineum area with difficulty of moderate urination.
19th July- Started taking Hypericum 200c in the morning and Ferrum Phos 200c in the night. Occasional pains in the perineum and frequent urinationn urge stopped.
20th July- Same as yesterday, urination urge relieved with Hypericum and Ferrum Phos, with the pain I described at the start around the perineum at times.
21st July- Same as yesterday, no frequent urge of urination, but pain around the perineum in the daytime while seating. I had Hypericum 200c in the morning.

Thanks for the remedies. I have had two doses of Apis Mel 200C on 22nd and 23rd July. Today's dose is due.

The pain has decreased extensively. Now I get slight dull pain at right pelvic/ perineum pain mostly after drinking large volume of water (one glass) or while sitting on chair for long. Also the frequency in the urge to urinate has been controlled to a great extent. However, voiding seems to be earlier than usual and holding has become a little tougher. Meanwhile, the urine stream is dribbling too at the end.

Please suggest further course of action.

Mind Symptoms: I am feeling comparatively much more relieved than last few days. I am regaining the peace day by day.

And yes, I feel jealous of many things, to be frank. Wen my peers of school, college or office achieve many things in their life, and I lag behind- I feel Jealousy. It takes some time to reach my content state again.

Hi, yes this medicine has taken away jealousy to an extent. :) And thanks, the medicines are no doubt making me feel better.

Present physical status: urination urge controlled and bladder holding comparatively better. However, there is dribbling at times after urination and the pain is still there minutely. Its a sort of stinging sensation in the perineum and it stays for 10 minutes at times while even up to 2 hours at other times. Mostly it aggravates while seating, and with constipation. The gap between the pain occurrence vary from 3-12 hours.

Mental symptoms: I am feeling a little sad over the past issues that happened with my life. Also the anticipation of the stinging pain sensation makes me worried at times.

Please suggest further course of action.

I have taken Natrum Muriaticum 200c for 3 days. The course ended yesterday. While there was continuous mild stinging pain in the right perineum, it is absent since yesterday late afternoon.

It is becoming a great experience for me with homeopathic remedies.

Present physical symptoms:
Urination urge: relieved
Bladder control: much much better
pain in right perineum: Absence since yesterday late afternoon
However, I felt an tingling irritation after ejaculating yesterday. It lasted for 2-3 minutes.

Present mental condition: I feel composed. A little tension is there as I might get transferred to some different city in the coming months.

Please guide me on the way forward.

I have taken three doses of Causticum 200C ending yesterday. I feel almost relieved.

Present Status: I witness discomfort/ stinging sensation in the right perineum while being constipated or with gas formation in the stomach. The incident of constipation has increased since the last 7-10 days. The sensation feels like similar to the priliminary urge of a good bowel movement. Other than that I dribble at the end of urination at times. Everything else is back to normal. :)

Mental symptoms: Nothing as such as of today.

Please suggest what to do next.

Yes, indeed, thanks to our creator.

I Have taken Nux Vomica 200c for three days. While the pain/ discomfort aggravated after taking the first dose, it has decreased after completing the third dose yesterday. Usually it decreases after bowel movement. Interestingly, the discomfort pattern has changed as it is now more stinging in addition being a little throbbing at times.

All the other problems are not bothering right now. Constipation has been controlled to a good extent. Bladder control is also good.

Mental symptoms: I am a little worried as there were increase in discomfort after using Nux. Also again a bit mentally impatience regarding my possible transfer.

I am feeling grateful to our creator.

I have taken Bryonia 200c for the past three days.

Present condition: After having the first dose of Bryonia, urge to urinate suddenly increased in the first 10-12 hours. After that there is no pain in the perineum and pelvic region. Bladder control is normal and there is no constipation for the last 2 days. I dont even have to wake up at night to for urination for the last 10 days.

Present symptoms: Nothing much. At times there is a stinging sensation in the right rectum/ perineum region, mostly while sitting. It lasts for 2-3 seconds multiple times. The sensation stops after passing stools. In addition, I had severe headaches on Tuesday and Friday. It lasted nearly the whole the day. I have had these sort of headaches in the past, 2-3 times in 6 months. The pain happened mostly on the forehead ans side of the heads. Earlier I used to have Saridon tablets for treating them.

Mental condition: Feeling almost relieved.

Thanks a lot for all the help! Your suggestions and remedies are supporting me, indeed!

I had taken Apis Mel for last three days. While the there was a squeezing sensation around the rectum/ perineum/ scrotum area on Sunday and early half of Monday, it has gone off now. There is still a slight pinching/stinging sensation in the rectum now.

Present problems:
1. Pinching/stinging sensation after passing stool from today morning
2. Dribbling after completion of urination
3. My semen has suddenly become more liquid for last three days

Mental condition: Apis Mel always makes me a little sad. It happened last time too. I am a little tensed as I will be going on a holiday from next Saturday night and would return on Thursday morning.

Right you are. Its not Apis Mel.

I think the sadness is from the sudden thoughts about life and achievements that I have missed out. It may be because I lag behind some people. I want to achieve a lot, but not getting the right recognition in my field.

I have taken Bryonia 200C for last three days.

Present update:
1. There is still some pain in the pelvic area. It mostly comes before passing stool and after completion.
Also I have observed one thing yesterday. I had about 500ml of water in one go in air conditioned space in the evening. It created pain in the pelvic area after 1 hour and the pain lasted for an hour until I complete the urination
2. Dribbling is not there always
3. Liquid state of semen decreased. However, it is still far from the normal mucus state.

mental condition: I am tensed before going out on the holiday tomorrow night.
