Dog itchy eyes and muzzle

I've got a 10 y/o Border Collie mix, female, spayed, that has suffered with itching eyes and muzzle for almost 2 years now. Consulted with a couple of homeopaths...she was given countless remedies, with no improvement. Finally bowed down to conventional medicine and she is taking 1 Apoquel tablet a day. There are no long term studies on this drug and I'm afraid it could be dangerous. It does considerably help her itching, but it's still there. Would anyone be willing to help me start from scratch with homeopathy and see if we can help her? She eats mostly Darwin's Raw food, no grain, filtered water. Soft stool 50% of the time. I don't vaccinate, (since puppy shots). Any help you can give will be GREATLY appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Pulsatilla Nig 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
If this doesn't help give Euphrasia 30 and Sulphur 30 one by one in the same way.
