problem of mind and sexual regarding erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation

My name is deepesh. My problem is related to mind which does not stay calm. I can't concentrate on anything even in the morning. When i wake up in the morning, it seems like my mind is filled with a lot of thoughts and problems. After sometimes it becomes somewhat okay. After a little bit of mind work, it becomes inactive type, very heavy and not able to think anything.

Every time running somewhere generally without any reason, trying to do something but feels like mind is tied  to something else, I don't know what. Whatever work I do, I usually do without any concentration resulting a lot of mistakes, thinking something else and doing something else. I am not able to concentrate on discussions may it be official or unofficial.Just some thought will come into mind then mind becomes inactive for sometime resulting lack of confidence and lack of involvement in discussion. I am not able to listen to anyone for more than 1-2 minute. In fact now a days I am not able to watch movies because of concentration problem.

I was having problems of acidity and gastric disorder so I had medicine NUX VOMICA 200 for 1-1.5 month ( 2 drops 3 times in a day).

I am now recovered with acidity problems but started suffering from erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. A different kind of smell and some times liquid also comes from my penis, and after discharge of this liquid mind becomes more inactive and very irritable. I feel that my problem of erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation,  heavy mind, irritation and lack of confidence have increased to a greater extent after this NUX VOMICA.

I had CALADIUM 200 for 3-4 days (2 drops 2 times a day). It was curing  erection problems and early discharge problems  very much, but I am afraid of using it without any consultation from any Dr.

Because of some suggestion for problems of mind I has sulphar 30 for around 10 days 2-3 drops 2 times a day. It has done a very little effort. But problem of erectile dysfunction still exists. Kindly suggest me some good medicine or whether I should continue Caladium seg 200,if yes then what should be doses.

My age is 25
Bp, sugar,sleep, urine, stool everything is normal. Sleep is somewhat more but mind is disturbed.
