calcarea carb symptoms+hypothyroidism

Hi, I am a 38yr old 5.6", 54kg guy.
from the last year, I am suffering from anxiety, depression, panic attacks and fatigue and tired feeling all day. My homeopath prescribed me Aconite 30c and it responded very well.anxiety, panic attacks are gone now. but all other symptoms point to Calcarea Carb like..puffy face, dry skin, muscle weakness and stiffness, depression, lower stomach swelling, fear of dark, height, spiders, insects from childhood..mental confusion, stool 1st hard then loose, cold legs and hand trembling and a peculiar mind symptoms like feeling like going insane.

so, I with consultation with my homeopath, takes calcarea carb 30c one dose weekly. But after the first dose, swelling occurs under my under arms but my mental symptoms improved. but after the 2nd dose, I have more symptoms like, stiff neck muscles, stiff hand and legs muscle and under arm swellings and anxeity returns again.SO, i stopped taking further.

Can anyone explain me, why it is happnening. Should the potency is not right.should I have to take CC 200c one dose instead.

Please help me.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If your symptoms matches to cal-c, then there is no harm in trying a single dose of calc-c 200. In fact rather than starting from 30, you should have taken 200 instead. Any ways its never too late.
