chitrakadi vati 2 tablets after breakfast.

aswagandharist 25ml dissolved in 25ml water, to be taken after lunch.

peppalasav 25ml dissolved in 25ml water, to be taken after dinner.

do not drink water 1 hour before and 1 hour after meals, after meals take 1-2 sips of water, after 1 hour take full glass of water.

report improvement after 15 days.

mucus ata hi hai. Stool ke ant me phen jaisa ata hai ya lar jaisa chikana . Kabhi loose stool ho jata haito jaldi thik nahi hota hai. Pet ke nichale bhag me ajib feel hota rahata hai .
pani pine ke baad dkar ke sath kaf aata uska swad kharab lagta hai.
