Improper Erection & Premature Ejaculation

Dear Dr,

My age is 26, Male, Height 5'7" and weight is 75 kg. I have problem with improper erection and premature ejaculation. Let me explain my problem in details.

I masturbate from age of 16 and continued till age of 25. After that I had intercourse with my girlfriend few times and found problem while erecting. Sometimes it gets hard and sometimes less hard. Also if i want to do multiple intercourse, i find it difficult to have the will and to erect my penis right after ejaculating one time. also while doing intercourse i find it difficult to last less than one minute of continuous thrusting. So im suffering from premature ejaculation too.

I've stopped having intercourse from few months now and going to get married in 3 months. So im freaking out with tension. Please suggest me medicin that will help me get harder erection and also multiple times erection as well as solution for premature ejaculation so i can last longer with my wife.
