Fever/coughing in 3.5 yr

Hi there,
I need some advise as consulting with my homeopath is getting to ezpensive. My 3.5 daughter developed coughing four days ago ( crackly cough) and actually brought up a glob of clear phlegm. Since then, I brought her to the doctors and said she had wheezing and wanted to out her on a puffer. I did not put her on puffer but my homeopath said to use mercurius solubulis 30 ch every three hours for four doses. Plus one does of belladonna. I did this for two days and not difference her her cough. I brought my daughter to the walk in clinic as the night before her nights time temp reach 39.5 . As a result the doctor checked her and the wheezing is gone but the mucus is in the same place ... So she gave us amoxicillIan. And said to touch back in Tuesday. As of now she still has crackling cough, coughs quite a bit at one time, turns red when she coughs as something is going to come out. Chapped lips (hurt in the morning) Watery red eyes, congested nose ( no longer running clear) ... Feels cold .... Her appetite has decreased but today it seems to have increased slightly. As for thirst, she is not overly thirsty she drinks when I give it to her so she is hydrated. And temperature is At 37.5. The doctor is saying she has bacterial infection. Is there anything else I can give??

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Pulsatilla 30 ch twice a day for 3 days.
