Silicea 12

I am a 28 yr old Male. Someone recommended Silicea 12 for my graying hair.

I try to buy through the store on this website. It gives me many options for Silicea.. Silicea 12X ,12C.

Can someone help me figure out which one to buy?

2. Sorry if this is a naive question, but are you aware of any side effects of Silicea 12X?
