Problem with Baby Finger due to Diabetes

Hi Doctors

Recently my father got some injury on the Left Hand's baby finger. Pain is there , but he observed that the finger is moving towards the palm , I mean its bending down towards the Palm.

My father's age is around 58 and he is having Diabetes and taking insulin.

Last reading in Fast : 111
Last reading in PP : 193

Could you pl advise what medicine he can take to get relief from the pain

Please give him Rhus Tox 200 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week. If this doesn't help give Causticum 30 in the same way.
