Penis shrunk (retrenched) tight scrotum, ejaculation without orgasm

Dear Team
I am 34, ht. 5.9", wt 74 kg.
My penis size was 5" flaccid. Used to masturbate 4to 5 times a day. 5 years back my penis shrunk to 2", I was not able to urinate properly due to size. On erection size is 3", no strong erection, early ejaculation and I experience no orgasm at all, on contrary I get stressed after ejaculation.
This has become biggest worry in my life. Lost my confidence completely. I m postponing my marriage since then.
Please help me to be normal physically and mentally. Help me regain my size and vitality.
