rosacea/migraines

I have been suffering with rosacea and migraines since I was a child. I was curious as to whether these two ailments were connected. I have tried various things for my migraines including, essential oils, elimination diet, chiropractic intervention, acupuncture, massage, and some homeopathic remedies (arnica). I am currently considering surgery to remove my impacted wisdom teeth and to fix a deviated septum to help alleviate the migraines.
For my rosacea, I have tried an elimination diet, essential oils, some homeopathy (sulphur), and laser surgery. The laser seemed to help drastically but I would like to avoid further treatment and actually get to the root cause.
I have no noticeable triggers for the migraines and the rosacea is exacerbated by heat, cold, and exercise but remains constantly red 24/7.
I currently eat a whole food diet consisting of lean protein, vegetables, fruit and plenty of water with one cup of coffee a day. I've started adding minimum amounts of dairy such as cheese and a tsp of milk in my coffee. I cut out sugar and starches completely. I see no difference in either migraines or rosacea.
Thoughts on whether the migraines and rosacea are connected? Any suggestions on possible treatment of one or both?
