Lycopodium Dosage

Hello,
After using the Remedy Finder It has chosen Lycopodium for my husbands symptoms. I need some help with dosing in pellets or liquid. Even though He has SEVERAL of the symptoms listed for this remedy, the things that bother him most are his joint pain, inflammation and arthritis symptoms. If the other symptoms can be helped along the way that will be icing on the cake. Thank you

Low potency for joint pai.n and digestive and high potency for impotency .

Thank you.. If I do not buy the liquid, how would I take the pellets. On the info site it says they re inert until crushed and succussed ? Could I just put them in a bottled water and drink? or under the tongue is best? Thank you
