Tumour in My dogs mouth

I need advise please.

My Dachshund 14 years of age has a tumour inside the mouth at the join of the gum and lip. The Vet told me that 14 is too old for a surgery more so she underwent a surgery in Feb"16 for bladder stones.
She has also been growing warts on her thigh ears for which I am using TUJA cream.

In addition give thuja 200 , 5 pills ones a week.

I started giving her Thuja 200, once a week. will this help shrink the tumor. It has grown considerably :-(

silicea 6x for the tumor, three times a day .thuja be repeated weekly.
