age:35,female,married,iweighi20,heightis5'6.i live in the u.s,i am not a diabetic, though i do crave sweets all the time ,and i love salt.my blood pressure is normal.i take clarinex-d,and receive allergy shots for the previously mentioned allergies.i feel fatigue and "brain fog"much of the time ,as well as sinus pressure and swelling.there is visible swelling and very dark circlesabove and under the eye,and sometimes the cheek area.i feel this makes me appear about 10 years older.as you can imagine this is depressing, and i have been on zoloft,an anti-depressant for 6 months.ican be impatient and irritable aswell, though i feel a lot of love and support from my family.my problem is that i do not like feeling, and especially, looking older than i actually am.i ordered apis 30 granules and ointment off of this website because it sounded like it could help.i just ordered it so i have yet to receive it.doyou think this or any thing else could help? the only medications i am on are zoloft and clarinex-d.

I've been having sinus problems too, I think, with a headache most of the time, and feeling hot, like I have a low-grade fever off and on - it's 98.8 to 99.6 degrees, but my normal temperature is about 97. I've also been feeling very tired, with very little energy most of the time, and sometimes totally exhausted. I'm not sure if my eyes are involved in this problem; I'm thinking of seeing if I need a new contact lens prescription (since I KNOW glasses give me headaches). I've answered Dr. Sharma's questions to you below:

I request you present your sign & symptoms with your expression / sensation / Feeling / Event / Gesture in turn of . I will present you a healthy prescription to you

1. Age 51
2. Sex F
3. Married/
4. weight 135-140 height 5'2'
5. country U.S.
6. climate Moderate - summer is not as hot as some, 80s in day, 60s at night
7. List of you complain (123…..) 1. Sinus (?) headache, sometimes severe and sometimes 'barely there' 2. Congestion 3. Low grade fever comes and goes 4. Feeling really hot even when temperature is not -- interspersed with occasional chills.
and goes 4. tiredness/fatigue/exhaustion (different levels at different times)
8. Diabetic or non Diabetic - not diabetic, but possibly pre-diabetic
9. Desire sweets/sour/salt - Yes, esp. sweet or sweet-and-sour (strawberries!)
10. Thirst - frequent, but don't need to drink huge quantities
11. Tongue - mostly normal, sometimes a cloudy cover
12. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine) normal (haven't taken it lately, but it only gets high when I'm tense
13. What exactly is happening ? Brother coming into town before his daughter's wedding
14. How do you feel ? A little stressed and anxious
15. How does this affect you? I want to make sure I don't fight with him; it happens too easily though I don't want to; he is hard to get along with.
16. How does it feel like ? Makes me tense when I think about it, so I don't dwell on it.
17. What comes to your mind ? Arguments we've had before
18. One situation that had a big effect on you? My parents both fell last December & Dad broke his hip
19. How did that feel like? Worried & feeling a little guilty, like I have to make sure that doesn't happen to them again.
20. What sensation do you experience in that situation ? Tension in stomach and head
21. What are you showing by that gesture of your hand.(habits or Action)? I'm a bit fidgety. Scratching my head, combing my hair with my fingers, scratching bug bites on legs, grinding teeth, tapping feet, etc -- looking for relief of tension, plus I've read that you burn calories by fidgeting, so I'm not trying as hard to stop as I used to!
22. current medicine you are taking - sometimes dulcamara (cures my bronchitis, which used to be chronic), naproxen, sudafed, loradadine (when needed)
23. family back ground - 2 elderly parents still alive, 2 older brothers, 2 grown sons, husband with me only part time
24. qualification of patient - MA Education & I've read some on homeopathy & other medical subjects
25. Nature of working - writing, caring for elderly parents, handling beach property rentals mostly by email
26. desire and aversion of food - not feeling hungry much, but attracted by sweets & sometimes fruits, sweet vegetables like carrots, corn & sweet potatoes. Chocolate, especially chocolate mint attracts me even when I'm not hungry, and I look for a 'fix' of chocolate almost every afternoon, telling myself it will perk me up and give me energy.
27. Mind-behavior, anger, irritability, hurry, impatient…and so.. on and how you are peculiar from other person, public speaking or not , you can describe all the detail about behavior, love and affection. I am a bit stressed with family matters; sometimes irritable, especially when my head is hurting a lot. I don't like public speaking, but enjoy singing in church - 'cause I love to sing. I am a bit shy and self-conscious, but can talk ok to people when I know they're friendly to me.
28. Aggravation (increases-time, season,)& Amelioration (Decreases) Worse in late summer (at least it is now, but not every summer) & spring, better in early summer and fall. I usually feel good when I can get into the ocean and swim!
I do have allergies to different pollens, especially tree pollen, dust, smoke, paint, perfume, etc., and these can cause extreme reactions in me - the reaction to cigarette smoke is the most severe, but no one is smoking here.
